Pros:

Прекрасен хотел, изключително чисто и уютно! Тихо и спокойно място за пълноценен отдих. Малък, кокетен, еднакво близо и до центъра на Русе и до гарата/автогарата на града. Пешеходно около 10 до 20 минути, което му придава и уединение и в същото време лесен достъп до туристическата част, парка и реката. Усмихнати и много любезни хора бяха и на рецепция и в ресторанта и жените които почистват. Чудесна почивка за което съм благодарна на целия персонал

Pros:

Хотелът е много чист и уютен. Ресторантът към него предлага добро обслужване и вкусна храна.

Cons:

Служителката на рецепция, с която се свързах в деня на настаняване пропусна да ми изпрати инструкцийте за самонастаняване, както и бяха пропуснали да ми запазят места в ресторанта. Но накрая всичко завърши добре. Момичетата от ресторанта съдействаха за всичко.

A pleasant enough place for short stay in Ruse.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Friendly receptionist on arrival.
Situated within walking distance of the city.
Room small but adequate for a short stay. If you ate in the hotel in the evening you were given a discount.Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a hit or a miss affair. First morning there was a toaster and scrambled eggs and French toast but both were cold as the heater underneath the receptacle hid run out of fuel. Had to wait some time for staff to appear to get cups and hot water for tea. Second morning cold scrambled eggs on a plate and no pate which was there the morning before.
