Loved the location
Delicious breakfast
We were in a loft room. We struggled with the size of bed as we’re used to a king size and the pillows were too hard.
There was a light shining through a large gap under the door all night from the hallway.
We would definitely stay again but choose a different room.
We arrived near my husband and was put in the Grange. It reached down. There was all wet around the ceilings and the top of the walls you could in the shower door to get in the bath. There was no shower bath Matt there the carpet was ripped Fread bear my son-in-law and Daughter went straight to reception and said my mum and my dad’s got removed. They moved us to a room 33 a disabled room which all the red wires were taped up that you couldn’t even pull the smoke alarm was taped up there was no slip Matt in the shower room my husband‘s just come out hospital after having a mini stroke and this was our time away to relax., It was not relaxing it was more stressful than we can imagine. I had a shower myself and it flooded the whole wet room and the whole of the hallway with the Carpet. I inform the manager which nothing was done. it was left there from 9 o’clock when we went out till 8 o’clock at night we came back and it stunk., We called the manager again and he said I will get someone to wipe it up there was towels ringing towels everywhere we had no cold water in the room as we’re in the heat wave. It was an absolute disaster and we had to pay extra to come from the Grange into the Big Manor house. The breakfast is freezing cold it smell of Cat urine everywhere we went. They offered us to put it in another room the next day and I said to my husband I’m taking you home. You look ill so we came home a day early. This is not what we paid all this money for. We are in pension age and we can’t afford this. I should pull up to the Manor house it looks amazing but at the back it’s filthy. It smells everywhere you go the cigarette ends everywhere you look. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Everyone we spoke to had a complaint. This is not right something‘s Gotta be done.Mrs Patricia Bryan

Mooi landhuis met een hele goede keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie locatie ook.

Great location and staff but the property needs some updating and tlc
no chef the two nights we stayed so no opportunity to eat in . Understaffed and bedrooms need updating

Bedden vrij kort.
It was very beautiful and the staff were amazing
Nothing
Building and grounds were of a bygone era, but in a great way. Comfortable bed and airy room. Room tea and coffee facilities were good. Large carpark. Close to railway link.
Small bathroom. Limited breakfast menu.
