Peaceful place close to harbour
Pros:

Peaceful place but still close to Symi harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool.

Relaxing stay with wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, and the free shuttle service to and from the port really good too. Location wise it's perfect too, close to the old town.
Room and common facilities were all very clean too. A very relaxing atmosphere!

Cons:

The breakfast had some very nice options, but there is room for improvement. For example the coffee machine was broken (filter only), and the juice was more like a lemonade.

Heerlijk hotel, een pareltje op Symi.
Pros:

Het zwembad was heerlijk en het hotel is een oase in het toeristische Symi. Het gezellige hart van Symi, winkels, restaurants en haven, zijn praktisch om de hoek en de service en het personeel zijn geweldig. Kortom een aanrader.

Cons:

Veel katten rond het hotel en op het eiland.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία, η ευγένεια του προσωπικού κυρίως της Ματίνας , της κοπέλας έξω στο μπαρ, που ήταν τόσο ευγενική που λόγω του ότι έχω και κάποιο πρόβλημα με τα πόδια μου, με εξυπηρετούσε υπομονετικά και με χαμόγελο. Το ίδιο κι η κοπέλα στη Reception.
Η καθαριότητα και τα δωμάτια τέλεια. Γενικά όλο το περιβάλλον!

Estadia muito agradável.
Pros:

De ser no plano e próximo ao Porto com transfer gratuito oferecido pelo hotel. Da gentileza das funcionárias, prestativas e cordiais. O jardim é lindo, área externa bem agradável, piscina coberta, água fria com o sol e calor na Grécia poderia ser ao ar livre.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de uma grande reforma dos quartos, modernizar o design, os móveis, tudo muito antigo, pouca iluminação no quarto, ar condicionado não adequado para o tamanho do quarto que é grande, banheiro e box muito pequenos, estrutura antiga, cama e travesseiros pouco confortáveis. Não houve reposição dos produtos do banheiro, nem mesmo papel higiênico o que para um hotel com essa categoria seria o mínimo.
