Pros:

Room was comfortable staying with family. Cleaning staffs behavior was good.

Cons:

I booked comfort stay through Booking. Com. And they confirm the availability of an extra bed and send an email back. And the same thing was shown in booking. Com as well. .But they didn't provide an extra bed which was really difficult because we planned accordingly. Paying about 14000 for three nights and not providing an extra bed without prior information seems not fair. I think comfort stay can work more on Customer Service and how the manager conveys the confusions occurred to the guests in a respectful way. Remember customer satisfaction matters to stay in the market. Hope it helps.
