الغرف والابواب و المطبخ والحمامات تحتاج تجديد كامل لانها متهالكة ولاتتناسب مع قيمة الايجار ، باختصار المبنى من الداخل قديم ولا يتناسب مع شكله الخارجي ، كذلك الموقع صعب الوصول اليه ، كذلك المباني عبارة عن 3 طوابق ولايوجد مصعد يخدم الادوار العليا في حال كان بعض النزلاء من كبار السن .
الحقيقه لو رجعت في زيارة ثانية للشفاء ما اعتقد اني ارجع له ،
