Die Zimmer sind für mich jedes Mal wie ein kleines „Nach‑Hause‑Kommen“. Alles wirkt durchdacht, gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird: vom bequemen Bett über die Sauberkeit bis hin zu den liebevollen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschaltet.
Das Frühstück ist für mich der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Auswahl ist groß, aber nicht beliebig — jedes Produkt wirkt bewusst gewählt und frisch. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man hier nicht einfach „isst“, sondern richtig genießt. Ein Frühstück, das man sich merkt und auf das man sich schon am Vorabend freut.
Die Lage ist ein echter Glücksgriff: ruhig genug, um zu entspannen, und gleichzeitig so praktisch, dass man alles schnell erreicht. Egal ob man ankommt, ausgeht oder einfach nur die Umgebung erkundet — es fühlt sich immer unkompliziert und angenehm an. Ein Standort, der den Aufenthalt rund macht.
Eigentlich nichts — im Gegenteil. Das Einzige, was mich wirklich gestört hat, war, dass ich nicht noch eine Nacht dranhängen konnte.
Da bin ich aber selber schuld ;-)
Chambre très confortable, peu de bruit et personnel agréable.

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner excellent, le parking à proximité, la personne présente lors du petit déjeuner était très serviable et sympathique ainsi que le personnel de ménage.

L’accueil à notre arrivée était lamentable, ne parlant que le français et très mal l’allemand, à plusieurs reprises nous avons demandé à la jeune femme de nous parler lentement afin que nous puissions la comprendre. Aucun effort n’a été fait. Il semblerait qu’un forfait pour le garage serait arrangé avec avec l’hôtel au prix de 18.-, nous n’en avons pas eu connaissance et avons payé 26.-!
Lors de notre réservation, il n’a pas été précisé que la cuisine est fermée le dimanche soir.
Au niveau des chambres, j’avais demander une chambre calme ce qui n’a pas été respecté nous étions au centre il y a du passage, l’insonorisation entre chacune des chambres est inexistante, nous entendions nos voisins parler entre eux que la fenêtre soit ouverte ou non!
Le robinet de la salle de bain se démontait, je l’ai annoncé…
Étant accompagné de 2 chiens nous avons dû payer 40.- supplémentaire.

Ein liebevoll, gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Thun. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auch das kleine Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert. Wir konnten an einem Montagabend nur aus einer reduzierten Karte wählen, aber das war alles sehr lecker und eine gute Weinauswahl gibt es dazu.
Parken kann man direkt neben dem Hotel in einem großen öffentlichen Parkhaus.
Das Bett war für uns etwas zu weich
