Mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück musste auf Grund von Renovierungsarbeiten im 200m entfernten Hotel Emmental eingenommen werden, dort war alles genau abgezählt, kein guter Service

Zimmer im Hotel mit schwerem Koffer über viele Treppen nur erreichbar, Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Abstellflächen,

1. במידה ויש לכם מזוודות אין מעלית יש רק מדרגות לא נוחות.
2. במידה ותרצו להתלונן הצוות שכולל אישה אחת עובד רק מהשעה 8:00-13:00.
3. לי למשל לא החליפו מצעים וגם לא מגבות הם טענו שבמידה והמגבות תלויות אז סימן שלא צריך להחליפם פעם ראשונה ששמעתי טענה מצחיקה כזו.
4. שרותים משותפים אבל המחיר דומה למחיר חדר שיש בו שרותים.
5. בארון אין מדפים רק חלל ריק אחד.

Schönes altes Haus mit viel Charme. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Während meinem Aufenthalt fand das Thunfest statt...Zutritts-Bändel wurden vom Hotel organisiert. Die Hotelküche wurde gerade umgebaut....Frühstück in einem Hotel in der Nähe (Hotel Emmental Chäs). Ebenfalls sehr nettes Personal und ein superleckeres Frühstück!!

Cons:

Die Treppen sind steil und eng. Nichts für Menschen die nicht mehr gut mobil oder nicht trittsicher sind.

Schönes Hotel - sehr gut für Durchreisende.
Pros:

Kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Wir waren mit den Motorrädern auf der Durchreise nach Frankreich unterwegs u. sind dort für 1 Nacht geblieben. Wir konnten fast gegenüber (auf dem Radlparkplatz) parken. Das Frühstück war, wegen Bauarbeiten in der hauseigenen Küche, im Schwesterhotel - sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer-Upgrade (warum - wissen wir nicht) in ein super, super tolles u. riesiges u. schönes (aber leider unheimlich lautes) Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag im 1. Stock u. leider direkt zur Altstadt-Gasse hin. Die Bar gegenüber hatte unter der Wo. (Dienstag, keine Ferien) bis 3h in der Früh auf, und es herrschte Hochbetrieb bis zur letzten Minute u. darüber hinaus. Die Lautstärke hat uns leider nicht mal bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen lassen. Sehr schade!

在老城，位置标识不是很清晰，以至于我们实际已经站在了酒店门口也无法确定是不是正确；房间非常老旧，木地板走上去吱嘎作响；天气闷热房间里居然没有配一台电扇；窗户晚上也不敢开着，因为直接对着外面有人走动；饮用水也只提供了一个小小的玻璃瓶装的，上面没有任何标识，到最后我们也不敢喝；早餐内容不多

Presenza di ventilatore. Una caraffa di acqua in camera. Bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Disponibilità di balconcino con due sedie. Colazione consumata in altro hotel gemellato: abbondante e ottima (intercontinentale).

Cons:

Aria condizionata assente. Mancanza di zanzariere. Letto basso con materasso sfondato e gli angoli bui della stanza (comodini e zona calorifero) mal puliti con ragnatele e insetti. Ventilatore impolverato. Presente solo sapone per mani. Presenza di rampe di scale anguste. Prezzo molto elevato per i servizi offerti.

A localização e o café da manhã são excelentes.

Cons:

O quarto não tem ar condicionado e nem ventilador, ficando insuperável no calor. Os quartos são simples, mas confortáveis o suficiente para descansar. No quarto que fiquei não tinha onde pendurar roupas e nem gavetas.

Pros:

Das Hotel Schwert ist ein bezauberndes altes Haus mit Atmosphäre. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, stilvolles, großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und ohne einen einzigen hässlichen oder unpassenden Dekogegenstand. Das hat mir sehr gefallen.
Die zur Verfügung stehenden Gemeinschaftsduschbäder waren frisch renoviert, gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber.
Da im Haus Umbauten stattfanden, mussten wir zum Frühstück ins Hotel Emmental wechseln, was vorher besprochen war, uns nicht störte und auch sehr ansprechend war. Vom Handwerksbetrieb hat man ansonsten nichts störendes bemerkt.
Wir hatten einen Pin zum selbständig einchecken. Das lief völlig problemlos.
Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Fluss, beim Schloss, am Bahnhof usw.

Cons:

Alles gut!
Zur Vervollständigung wäre zu sagen, dass die steile, alte Treppe vom Eingang nach oben recht abgetreten ist. Für uns unproblematischmatisch, aber nicht barrierefrei.
In der Gasse befindet sich zahlreiche Gastronomie. Das ist praktisch, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster und wenn man früh schlafen will, ziemlich laut.

Die Lage, das bequeme Bett, der schöne Holzparkett, die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Parterre mit Fenster zum Hof und ringhörig, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt wars sehr ruhig, es war niemand im Hof und es störte deshalb überhaupt nicht. Eine Bodylotion wäre nett :)

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations and did not offer good value for the price paid.
Cons:

We were very disappointed that the bathroom was shared, as this made our stay much less comfortable. The wooden floors were extremely noisy, and every step could be heard, especially at night, making it difficult to rest. There wasn’t even a fan in the room, let alone air conditioning, despite it being the middle of summer. Opening the windows wasn’t really an option because a large number of insects and moths would come inside. The amount of insects made our stay very uncomfortable overall. Considering the price we paid, we don’t believe the facilities or overall experience offered good value for money.
