Very good stay! The location is close to the main part of Ubud, making it easy to explore. We stayed in the private pool suite, and it was absolutely amazing—clean, spacious, and felt very dreamy. It was our first time in Ubud, and this made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud!

Hotel très beau et au calme grâce à sa localisation dans une impasse à une centaine de mètres de la route. Proche d'un supermarché et de plusieurs excellents Warung, et proche du centre-ville à pieds (environ 15/20 min).
Possibilité de faire sa lessive, de louer un scooter, et de nettoyer quotidiennement la chambre.
Personnel très aimable et accueillant.
Pas de restaurants comme annoncé sur la fiche booking, mais possibilité d'acheter bière et coca.
Odeur d'égout persistante à l'endroit où le petit déjeuner est servi.. c'est dommage car ce qui est proposé est bon, mais ça coupe l'appétit.
L'eau chaude se fait rare pour la douche, il faut être rapide. Odeur d'égouts également dans la salle de bain après chaque douche.
Plusieurs chiens errants dans la rue, qui se retrouvent dans la cours de l'hôtel et qui vous suivent jusqu'à votre logement..

This hotel is so beautiful. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Smart tv in the room. Loved the swimming pool area with the rice terrace. Breakfast was ready quick. The staff is so friendly, always smiling and helpful. Renting motorbike with them was an easy process. Easy drive to the city and quiet area. Will stay here my next time in Ubud.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen at Gunung Sari during our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.
What made our stay especially memorable were the thoughtful gestures and the genuine care shown by the team. They made us feel truly valued and helped create beautiful memories during this special trip.
The accommodation was comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.
