Pros:

emplacement central dans Ubud mais loin de la circulation et aucun bruit, le jardin et la piscine sont splendides et très bien entretenus
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas propre, les insectes envahissent tout (fourmis et autres minusculeries), on a même eu une grenouille dans la douche. Les moustiquaires mérites un bon décrassage et la chambre un bon rafraîchissement. Les serviettes de bain sont tachées, les draps de lit aussi, le robinet est branlant, le wc brun au fond, les prises de courant ont même créer un court circuit.

Très sale , rien est entretenu. Toilettes qui fuient , douche bouchée, trou dans le canapé , sol qui se décolle , saleté des murs , des toilettes et j’en passe, lumière qui tient avec de la ficelle , personnel qui fume à l’accueil devant les clients …

I want to make wake up call to management.

What was wrong: no active room cleaning, only on request. Insufficient towels, when asked then the next days again too little towels. Windows and doors with wide openings, not closing fully, allowing insects to get in room.paint in room and bathroom loosening. Bath with fake tap so no options to choose temperature..... A lot of employees bur service below average and good management clearly missing. Saw most of thema hanging around.

What was average: breakfast. Although, you had to order the day before, no gefilmd for coffee even, Quality average at most...

Place needs stronger management, strong renovation of suites and customer friendliness training for full staff.

Pros:

Veramente di tutto il mio viaggio a Bali è l’unica struttura dove non tornerei,dietro le casette c’è una palude,una vecchia risaia allagata che di notte si riempie di gechi,impossibile dormire,mi dispiace molto di questa brutta recensione,lo staff è stato accogliente.

Cons:

Vedi sopra.Magari sistemando la parte dietro sarà più accogliente.

Pobyt do zapomnienia
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu 3 raz przez ostatnie 4 lata. Poprzednie pobyty były bardzo udane, pokoje były czyste i dobrze utrzymane. Tym razem mój pokój praktycznie rozpadał się na moich oczach plus straszny brud w każdym kącie, a łazienka to już jakiś kosmos. W nocy z łazienki zaczął wydobywać się okropny smród kanalizacji, praktycznie nie dało się wytrzymać w pokoju. Ponadto nie działała spłuczka w toalecie. Kamień i brud pod prysznicem, jakby nigdy nie był czyszczony. Opadające ze ściany listwy. Dramat. Właściciele powinni zadbać o wymianę popsutych lub zużytych elementów, a nie zostawiać je w takim stanie, aż same się rozpadną. Za taką cenę oczekuję się więcej. Kiedyś polecałem to miejsce, natomiast teraz radzę omijać szerokim łukiem.

We cut our stay short because of the bad bathroom and generally feeling uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location was good; easy to walk to the centre of Ubud. The room was a good size.
As always in Bali the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was poorly maintained:
1. It wasn’t clean. There was a collection of dead mozzies in all the lights; paintwork was dirty in places; the bedding didn’t feel clean; we were only given one old bath towel each.
2. The water in the bathroom didn’t run very well; the tap in the sink had a constant stream and the toilet cistern didn’t fill up properly. At times the water in the cistern came out black. The shower didn’t run properly; we were unable to shower for 2 days because the water wouldn’t run. We reported it to the staff and they did send maintenance out the same day but it took them all day to sort it. They had to fix some pipes outside and when they came in to test the taps the water came out black. I’m sure the bad water contributed to my partner getting ill.
3. We felt we couldn’t relax in the room because of the sense of the room being unclean and the lack of running water in the bathroom.
4. The swimming pool had mould in the bottom of it - you wouldn’t want to get in !
5. It definitely felt like whoever was running the hotel wanted to manage costs because of the poor maintenance and breakfast was made to order - you could only select 3 items, so if you wanted juice and tea or coffee that was 2 of your items gone !

Pros:

The pool was under renovation and we could use so they did compensation for floating baskter breakfast .
Very p polite staff and clean place,
Pancake was amazing

They did not inform
Us while booking or after that pool is under renovation and we cannot use it
Also the rice fields were under growth as too many frogs making noise u cannot sleep easy.
Staff was very polite but oversmart and place was over priced!
We got a free baby coat and more clean pool place few streets away with half price !

Pros:

Hotel tres bien placé au centre d Ubud et au calme. Personnel tres gentil. Bon petit-dejeuner. Prix de la chambre tres interessant pour Ubud.

Cons:

Notre chambre etait spacieuse mais vraiment vieillissante. Les photos donnent bien meilleure impression que la realité. On avait beaucoup de mal à fermer la porte à clé. Lit peu confortable. Salle de bain ok mais vraiment sans plus (baignoire en plastique).

Pros:

Tiene buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento y servicial. Se puede ver una espectacular salida del sol desde la piscina que tienen. Desayuno muy bien. Tener en cuenta que se escuchan muchísimo muchísimo las ranas y los sapos por la noche, a nosotros no nos molestaba.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la limpieza, sobre todo la limpieza del baño, detrás de la puerta habían muchísimas hormigas muertas, madera mordida por las hormigas, también había el plástico de una cuchilla de depilar (no barrieron bien). El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba y el tapón tampoco y se veía muy sucia.

Güzeldi ama ana yola yürünen dar sokakta yürümek trafik ve kaldırım olmadığı için biraz zordu ama konum iyiydi

Kahvaltıya tam 10:30 da indik bitmişti aslında verebilirlerdi sadece çok az bir dilim ananas verdiler

Staff lovely. Could bring our own drinks to have by the pool. Bring mozzie spray - although not all of us were attacke

It was well positioned that we could walk to everything in the main centre. Easy for driver to pick us up for bike ride etc

Cons:

The showers were hit and miss with water pressure. Pool lounges could have a little TLC but are ok
