Pros:

Personnelles qui parlent plusieurs langues. Très aimables, souriants, toujours avec des solutions et des informations. Piscine- ma fille a adoré. On s'est senti vraiment bien, et bien servi. Ambiance familiale mais avec haute qualité de service.

A satisfactory hotel in a stunning location with good food
Pros:

The location was truly exceptional, a stunningly beautiful view and surroundings. Food was really great at the on site restaurant, dinner especially. Good price for what you get!

Cons:

It was very basic in terms of decor and amenities. The bed had one pillow and a design that meant you would often bang your head on the wooden rim behind. The next door's bathroom window opened onto the shared lobby so you heard everything from their bathroom...

Einfach wunderbar
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Sehr feines Abendmenue und hervorragendes Frühstück. Beides frisch und regional hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Der Garten ist ein Park in Hanglage, sehr gepflegt und mit sehr schönen Pflanzen,v.a. die Hortensien mit den besonderen Farbe waren außergewöhnlich. Das Persoal ist sehr freundlich,aufmerksam und flexibel bei Sonderwünschen. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns,dass wir unsere schon im Voaus bezahltes Zimmer eine Nacht ohne Komplikation verschieben durften (persönl. Grund).
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, das Personal sehr freundlich. Es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig, so dass jeder etwas findet.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

El desayuno estuvo muy rico. La ubicación excelente con una vista muy bonita sobre el Lago Maggiore.

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Super schöne Lage. Hatten ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer mit einem grossen Balkon. Super.

Das auf der Speisekarte keine der spezifischen Tessiner Gerichte gibt. Schade.

Nettes Personal.
Für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt mit Wandern und Ausflüge. Bellinzona in 20 min. erreichbar.

Wir würden dort nicht mehr übernachten.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

Cons:

Es war nicht ein gesamter Hotelkomplex. Unser Zimmer lag am Berg weiter oben. Der gesamte Fußweg war abends sehr schlecht beleuchtet, teils waren die Lampen aus.

1. Habitación muy pequeña, vieja, y en mal estado.
2. La cama, un horror. Imposible dormir porque el colchón estaba cambado y totalmente gastado hacia el centro y era extremadamente blando. Un colchón y minúscula habitación a la altura de un hostal de mala muerte, a casi 300€ la noche ! Mi mujer y yo, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Gracias !
3. El baño, ridículamente minúsculo, antiguo y en mal estado.
