Sehr schöne Aussicht, Unterkunft sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr GUT, Rezeption freundlich. Service - Personal beim Nachtessen sollte den Gast auf die Speisekarte besser aufklären. Die Preise der Speisekarte Menü sollte Vorspeise, Hauptgang sowie Dessert separat Preisangabe gestalte sein.
Sonst soll dem Gast der nur Unterkunft und Frühstück gebucht habe die Menükarte vorgestellt werden.

Pros:

La vue , et le personnel de l'hôtel qui est très chaleureux, à l'écoute et sympathique. Les repas que sont délicieux. En cas de question comme j'ai eu pour le film festival de locarno, elles répondent volontiers. Les explications sont clair. Un endroit que je recommanderais et que j'aurai le plaisir d'y revenir séjourner le temps de vacances bien mérité.

Cons:

Le faite qu'avant 9h être loin de l'hôtel car la conciergerie passe et que le bus passe qu'au 20 a l'arrêt lors du check out et qui a duré que 5min

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es hatte auch eine grosse Auswahl an Produkten.
Die Aussichten von der Terrasse oder vom Swimmingpool waren top.
Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer noch keine Klimaanlage. Aber die Klimaanlage kommt ja nächstes Jahr in alle Zimmer.

Very nice location, clean and friendly personal.

Cons:

It was very hot in the room. There was a small fan, but without it, it would have been impossible to sleep. Even with the fan, it was difficult, and this wasn’t even the hottest day of the summer.

I would strongly recommend finding a solution, such as installing air conditioning.

Super hotel met enorm goede service
Pros:

Schitterende ligging dichtbij het dorpje en het meer. Super vriendelijk personeel, kok maakte zelfs een aparte pasta voor ons zoontje die intolerant is. Zwembad is zalig. Perspneel bracht ons zelfs een grote ventilator omdat het enorm warm was. Top!

Cons:

Niks, alles was prima in orde!

une sejour tres agréable dans son ensembles, un personnel adorable et a l'écoute, la vue est top.
Pros:

emplacement ideal, petit déjeuner plus que correct, la situation du restaurant face au lac avec jolie jardin privatif tres mignon.

Cons:

clim dans la chambre aurait été tres apprécié au vu de la chaleur.
