Staff attention zero, no breakfast available, unable to use bar. Room fine but won't be returning.
Pros:

The room was fine, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no staff available when we arrived. We had to hunt them down. We were unable, as guests, to use the bar in the evening as it was full of football fans. People walking in of the street got priority over guests! In the morning we wanted to have breakfast in the hotel but again no staff member could be found. We had to go to another place to eat. This place desperately needs a good manager.

Don’t stay if you want to sleep especially if it’s hot weather.

Cons:

Booked 4 rooms all live ovens, they did try with ac but wasn’t very good. The noise outside was unbearable from people chatting till 4 am and then road sweeping didn’t sleep very much at all.

Pros:

Staff where lovely ,helpful and very friendly.
Especially the lady in charge on Monday 15th June and young guy Tuesday morning giving us breakfast.
The food was amazing we ate dinner and breakfast .

It was in a convenient locations.

Cons:

It was very basic. There were stains on the bedding. It was above a very busy bar and restaurant which was very noisy. The curtains didn't block light so it got bright very early. The bathroom was basic, wobbly toilet seat, grubby sink around the plug hole. No air con, and although a fan was provided, it was so loud it drowned out the noise from the restaurant (which i guess was a plus). Overall it was very poor value.

Had a fabulous time, a little tough around the edges, however we would ho again and will recommend

Fantastic base, right in the middle of town. Lovely staff. Fabulous value for money. Discount on food and drink at the Waterfront and their sister bar The Lowther. Looking after our bag before check in to enable us to start sightseeing straight away.

Cons:

Very steep stairs up to the rooms, bannister was pretty much vertical. Could have done with a bedside table lamp as only other light was the big light! A couple of easy chairs would have been nice too but not essential

Excelente ubicación vista al rio. Bar y restaurante en su vereda. Muy amables los responsables. Bien predispuestos.

Cons:

Siempre avisar que para subir a las habitaciones el primer piso es solo escaleras.
