Reasonably priced stay on outskirts of York.
Building slightly tired.
Great services available, including a 24 hour menu either delivered to your door or pickup from restaurant. Spacious room with a lot of amenities.

Bathroom tiny but not a problem at all
Staff were never on the front desk, we were given a key to a room which hadn’t been cleaned, which was quickly resolved. Breakfast staff just stood around talking and did not clear plates. Rooms are dated with god knows what stains on the floor and en-suited are cramped. You can tell that maintenance is just to go over what was already there rather than refresh and replace.
Location, easy to access to major road networks for visiting the Yorkshire Dales and Moors. Only a short taxi/Uber ride to city centre. Great breakfast and restaurant.
