Pros:

Everything was outstanding and exactly meets our expectations.

Cons:

Only at first night our next door asian guests were so load at around 9pm while we were trying to asleep which I had to notify reception who quietly sorted out for us.

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, our room was huge and comfortable, very clean. Would stay again.

Only the breakfast was good

Cons:

The family room has sofa bed very uncomfortable. Even the double bed in the room was also uncomfortable.
The air con was a joke it auto switch off every few hours especially at night.
The Air con doesn’t work properly

Good option
Pros:

It has a great position if you want to run the york 10k.
Friendly and professional staff. Room clean. Restaurant has valid and good options. Parking on premises.

Cons:

Probably the price should have been £15 lower.

It’s convenient for York, good car park,

Cons:

Breakfast was not well stocked, items had run out and had not been replenished. Not enough staff working in all departments, had to wait for staff on reception to check in and out.

We had an amazing trip to York, and free parking at the hotel was appreciated
Pros:

Ideal location for visiting York city. We used the bus which was 10 minutes into the city. Clean and comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Overall very pleased.
Pros:

It was good location. Not far from bus stop. Clean room and bathroom. Had iron and hairdryer
Lady in the restaurant was very friendly and polite. Made our time in restaurant very pleasant.

Cons:

„Duvet” for pull up bed not the best. Too small for my two kids. Cover was too big and kept coming off

Shout out to Rita in the restaurant who was so friendly, and really helpful despite how busy she was.
Food is pretty good for this type of property.
