Výhled z pokoje přímo na Sněžku, ochota umístit kola do jiného pokoje po dobu pobytu zdarma, nemají kolárnu. Bazén, vířivky. Celková poloha hotelu skvělá.

Cons:

Personál na snídani, nezkušený.
Večer jsme čekali 25 minut na pití, které nám přinesli až s večeří. Na večeři jsme chodili jinam.

Magnifique demeure tout en bois avec beaucoup de charme. Personnel très sympathique, lit très confortable d'une propreté impeccable. Salle du petit déjeuner très cosy et chaleureuse. J'ai adoré cette adresse et j'y reviendrai. De plus très bon emplacement à côté d'un téléphérique et arrêt de bus juste en face!

Wir werden wieder kommen :-) -Und das tun wir jeweils nur, wenn es uns wirklich gut gefallen hat.
Pros:

Immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit für jegliche Anliegen. Tolles Personal und die Gastgeber sind mit Leib und Seele dabei. Man fühlt sich von Beginn weg sehr wohl im Hotel Sonnhalde.

Cons:

Parkplatzangebot ist sehr eingeschränkt. Grössere Autos finden ohne Unterstützung (Umrangieren) der Hotelleitung kaum Platz. Autoschlüssel müssen deshalb auch abgegeben werden. Wer Angst um sein Auto hat, parkiert besser im sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlich Parkhaus. (Sommer CHF 6.- p/Tag)
