Pros:

Отношението на персонала, чистотата и забавленията.

Cons:

Бяхме дошли по-рано и червенокосата рецепционистка (нямаше бадж) ни накара да чакаме до последно (3 часа във фоайето), а нейните колеги казаха да проверяваме дали ни е готова стаята. Ние бяхме с две малки деца и едното не спираше да плаче, което явно я забавляваше, вместо да предприеме нещо. След това ни настани в стая с едно легло, а ние бяхме двама възрастни с две деца, които нямаше къде да спят. Добре че колегата й беше по-адвкватен и ни настани в друга стая.
Соковете бяха чиста вода.

Целия комплекс е направен удобно, има много басейни и хубава спа зона.
Храната беше вкусна и имаше по всяко време.
Стаята беше приятна.

Cons:

90% от персонала.
Факта, че на бара не дават бутилки с вода, а са срещу заплащане - 4 евро на бутилка. Хора... това е ВОДА. Безумно е алкохол, газирано и т.н. да влизат в оу инклузива, но не и вода???
Маркуча на подвижния душ в банята пръскаше навсякъде.

Всичко ни хареса. Спа центърът е повече от прекрасен :-) Изключително сме доволни от обслужването на рецепция и най-вече от г-ца Гергана Берова, по-топло посрещане не сме имали. Ще ви посетим отново този път с детето!Поздрави!

Pros:

Най-просторното Спа, което сме посещавали. Има зона 16+, което е страхотно за хора без деца. Предвидени са храна и напитки през целият ден, което е много удобно, няма нужда да се съобразяваш с часови интервали.

Cons:

Наблизо имаше доста кучета, които лаеха по цяла нощ.

A very good spa family friendly hotel with excellent facilities and a few things that could be improved.
Pros:

We stayed at Therme for 3 nights in August as a family. Overall, a very nice hotel — spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything was very clean.

The spa facilities are a real highlight. They are large, well maintained and feel much more premium than in many family hotels. My spa treatment was also very professional. We really appreciated having a separate adults-only area as well, which gives you a chance to properly relax away from the busier family areas.

The kids’ area is great, and they have lots of outdoor activities.

Cons:

vegetarian options at the buffet were poor, especially when it comes to proper protein. The sushi restaurant was disappointing, both the rice and the sushi itself. Smoking is allowed all around the outdoor areas, which is not ideal with kids.

The all-inclusive alcohol selection is quite limited in terms of brands, and espresso from the real coffee machine costs extra while the automatic machines are included, which felt a bit strange for an all-inclusive hotel.

Most staff were nice, although English was sometimes limited. Parking can also be a bit of a hassle.
