Everything was great.....spa, food, drinks, staff, room. Wonderful.
My only issue was that i booked the place, under my name, paid for it with my money.......and the welcome message was to my partner!
I assume they assumed he'd booked and paid. 🤔🫣😔😋
SPA area
Hotel condition and organization. Food was no so tasty and fresh. You don’t get what you pay for.
We loved the exceptional spa facilities, the gorgeous interior design and the overall atmosphere of refinement and relaxation.
Parking is a bit chaotic.
And dishes labels some foods were missing, so it would be great to ensure all various food labels are present, especially for people with allergies, etc.
Отлична спа зона, приветлив персонал, удобни стаи
Шумотевицата в ресторанта
The property has incredible potential. The spa center and swimming pools are truly outstanding. The water in every pool is exceptionally clean, and there is an impressive variety of pools in terms of size, type, temperature, and location. The entire pool area has been thoughtfully designed, with the sun loungers, umbrellas, and private cabanas positioned perfectly to provide maximum comfort and convenience. It creates a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
The variety of food is also excellent, and I especially appreciate the generous hours during which it is available. Everything is very well planned to accommodate different tastes, schedules, and preferences. Overall, the resort offers fantastic facilities and has all the potential to become an exceptional destination for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, the service and overall attention to detail do not yet match the impressive facilities and the level the property is clearly aiming to achieve.
The staff seems to come from very diverse backgrounds, but unfortunately, there appears to be a significant lack of professional hospitality training. This is reflected in several aspects of the guest experience, particularly in service, hygiene, and attention to established hotel standards.
One area that was particularly concerning was the outdoor bar. I personally felt much more comfortable requesting drinks in disposable cups, as the reusable glasses appeared to be washed manually by very young staff members who did not seem to have adequate training in professional hygiene standards. This is an area where proper procedures and supervision would make a significant difference.
The quality of the towels in the rooms was also disappointing. They felt considerably below the standard you would expect from a property presenting itself at this level. Similarly, throughout the hotel, there are quite a few finishing details that give the impression of cost-saving rather than luxury. A lot of the construction appears to rely on drywall, with several surfaces, glass elements, doors, staircases, and other details looking either poorly finished, unevenly painted, or simply not executed to the standard expected of a high-end resort. The furniture and lighting also do not quite reflect the level of luxury suggested by the property.
Another small but surprisingly inconvenient detail is the lack of an iron or steamer in the rooms. The hotel does offer an ironing service for €3.50 per garment, which is reasonable in itself, but for guests staying several days, it is not particularly practical. The issue is not the price, but rather the inconvenience of having to send individual garments for ironing when a basic iron or steamer would be a much more convenient amenity.
