I will never stay at this gross hotel again.
Cons:

There were balls of hair on the floor in our room when we checked in and the room smelled like smoke. The front desk vaguely described directions to the hard-to-find parking area (blocks away, behind a metal door you have to drag open). Valets were not helpful in assisting with luggage at all.

Guests at the family pool played loud club music and took over the entire pool, cannon-balling and grinding all over each other in toga costumes mid-day. Multiple families left the pool area and were unable to enjoy their day, as staff were unwilling to appropriately control the disrespectful guests despite several complaints.

Като цяло персонала е позитивен(с изключение на жената, която прави бургери-винаги гледа лошо и с нежелание). Яденето отговаря на 3* хотел. Спокойно е, красиви растения навсякъде. Водата е чиста. Аквапарка е любимото на децата.

Cons:

Хотела официално е 3*, докато в booking е обявен за 4*. Ако го оценявам като 4*- ще получи 2/10, ако е 3*- 6/10. Реално гостите се притискат да попълнят оценка на място заедно със служител. Има опасни зони, които би трябвало да се блокират, докато не бъдат поправени- стълбите в басейна са разбити, липсват елементи около басейните, зоната срещу пързалките е вечно с гьол и предразполага към падане ... Баните нямат отдушник и са с плесен, отделно липсват наклони и стават локви на пода... Игрите не стават за ползване, дори са опасни- футболът е счупен отвсякъде, билярда е събран от някъде, мини голф-липсва възможност за игра.

5 минут до моря на пару дней - не на неделю!

Территория отеля очень красивая, а персонал приветливый

Cons:

Однако однажды один из персонала подошел к нам и попросил выкупить у нас кое-что. Для нас это было очень странно. Также на пляж не дают полотенца. Еда была иногда сырая - жесткая картошка и сырая куриная грудка на гриле. В целом, еда однообразная. Плохо работает вайфай в номерах

Unfortunately, a bad hotel. It is not worth the money. Leider ein schlechtes Hotel. Es ist das Geld nicht wert.

I would only give a high rating for the animation team, because there is constant activity inside the hotel.

The hotel is incredibly old. The chairs in the dining hall are torn. The food is generally bad and of poor quality. Only the pastry chefs make good pastries. The snack bar is acceptable. Overall, there is no hygiene in the hotel, and they tell you to take the watermelon with your hands — there isn’t even a single table to use for this. It’s obvious that the employees are acquaintances of the manager, as none of them are trained. There is no chance of finding a spot by the pool or at the beach; there are too many people and too few sunbeds. It is absolutely not worth the money. The room key cards are always problematic. I recommend that you lower the price, and I will definitely not come again.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich alt. Die Stühle im Speisesaal sind zerrissen. Das Essen ist allgemein schlecht und von minderer Qualität. Nur die Konditoren machen gutes Gebäck. Die Snackbar ist akzeptabel. Im Hotel gibt es insgesamt keine Hygiene, und man wird aufgefordert, die Wassermelone mit den Händen zu nehmen – es gibt nicht einmal einen einzigen Tisch dafür. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Mitarbeiter Bekannte des Direktors sind, da keiner von ihnen ausgebildet ist. Es gibt keine Chance, am Pool oder am Strand einen Platz zu finden; es sind zu viele Menschen und zu wenige Liegen vorhanden. Für dieses Geld absolut nicht wert. Die Zimmerkarten funktionieren ständig nicht. Ich empfehle, den Preis zu senken, und ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
