Pros:

Nulla preso per necessità perché non c’era nessuna camera libera in zona

Cons:

Quasi tutto un particolare a fronte di un prezzo sproporzionato per un hotel che in un mondo normale avrebbe 1 stella non 3 stelle quando sono arrivato hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farmi pagare 5 € l’aria condizionata (avevano in ostaggio il telecomando…)

Can recommend the hotel, especially because of the excellent service from the staff and housekeeping
Pros:

Very friendly personnel, very helpful. Communication was easy as everyone spoke English. Really appreciated the 24/7 front desk, allows to check-in and come back at night whenever on wants. Milano City and other cities are reached easily from the nearby train, metro and bus stations.

Cons:

Floor wasn't cleaned properly, and due to bad communication the room service was skipped once.

Assolutamente niente

Cons:

Il posto peggiore dove poter soggiornare in Italia; lo definiscono tre stelle e ne vale una a dir tanto. Il costo assolutamente NON proporzionato all’offerta.
Sporco, camere minuscole, costo aggiuntivo addirittura per l’aria condizionata.

Chambre vétuste, climatisation en panne, salle de bain vétuste et équipements cassés, petit déjeuner pas frais et peu de choix, cher pour la prestation.
