Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub von A - Z
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Junghund zum ersten Mal in einem Hotel. Obwohl das Valavier kein klassisches Hundehotel ist waren wir sehr willkommen. Allen voran der Chef Edi, Sohn, Tochter und das ganze Personal haben sich in bester Manier um uns und den Viebeiner gekümmert. Es war alles tadellos und das Essen hervorragend. Wir können das Valavier nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Ausser dem Bett war alles super

Cons:

Matratze war zu dünn und somit zu hart. Aber das kann man nie allen recht machen.
Es wurde sofort versucht zu helfen mit einem Toper.

Das Essen war sehr vielseitig und ausserordentlich gut. Das Personal hat alle Wünsche erfüllt und war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm und die Infrastruktur perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel und Infrastruktur sind Top
Pros:

Wir waren über das Wochenende zum ersten Mal in Brand und haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage zum Lift ist wirklich top, besser geht es kaum. Man kann das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Auch die Wellnesszone hat uns sehr gefallen, sie ist gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen, das war ausgezeichnet und auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Nicht die Unterkunft aber die Tagesbillet zum Skifahren sind zu teuer und aus diesem Grund werden wir nicht mehr kommen. Wir 2 Tage Skibillet für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind CHF 248 Euro habe ich nicht mal in Zermatt bezahlt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber das Beste war das Essen – große Auswahl und hervorragende Qualität. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Einige Wege, zum Beispiel zur Außenpoolanlage, sind nicht ganz klar. Mehr Beschilderung oder Wegweiser wären sehr hilfreich!
