Pros:

Hospitality of the staff specially Verena.
She was very helpful and supportive.

Cons:

Reservations on Thursdays and Fridays are very crowded
Pool is too small and the beach are open for day use .
Wifi not working and under maintenance

المطعم جيد من حيث المكان والموقع والاكل يعتبر معقول ولكن الخدمة في المطعم ضعيفة جدا جدا لان المطعم وقت الافطار كان كامل العدد تقريبا لان كان علي حسب ما اعتقد كان في رحلة من الاسكندرية وكل المطعم كان يخدمة شخصين فقط وغير مدربين علي خدمة الزبائن

وكانت متعاونه معانا لابعد الحدود وهي انسانه ذوق شكرا لكم على هذه الاستضافه الجميله سنعود زيارتكم ان شاء الله في عيد الاضحى المبارك

Pros:

Je n’ai même pas passé 1 nuit d’hôtel
J’ai payé 7 nuit pour rien
Vraiment déçu
En plus j’étais tout seul je n’arrive pas comprendre pourquoi j’avais un appartement avec 4 lits

مكان جميل لكن الادارة سيئة وبطيئة حجزت عندهم وسددت فيزا انتظرت ساعتين حتى يحصلو الحجز و الغرف لا يوجد بها اي خدمه لامنا
