Der Charm der Villa, die Freundlichkeit der Leute und es wurde sogar ein extra Kuchen zum Frühstück für unsere beiden Veganer gebacken :-)

Le charme désuet d'un endroit magique
Pros:

Le bâtiment, l'authenticité, le charme italien la proximité avec la promenade du bord de mer, de la gare, du port, les plafonds incroyable.

Cons:

Quel dommage d'avoir une propriété pareille et ne pas soigner les abords..l'entrée du porche sale, le jardin négligé, la rénovation approximative et vieillotte de cet ancien palais magique...c'est un peu triste et en même temps ce charme désuet à quelque chose de touchant..et de tout à fait abordable on ne peut pas tout avoir 😆😅
Mais j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir 🤩

EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

Super Hôtel dans un ancien palace encore bien conservé, dans un très joli lieu.
Place de parking pour la voiture.
Chambre très spacieuse et très calme.
Jolie décoration, jolies couvertures de lits.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits, serviettes de toilette changées chaque jour, lits refaits chaque jour.
Grand hall à côté des chambres avec canapés à notre disposition.
Petits déjeuners copieux, croissants, gâteaux faits maison, fruits, yaourts, fromage, charcuterie.
Personnel adorable.
Tout cela pour un rapport prix qualité étonnant.
Vraiment exceptionnel.
Vraiment bien situé, car à 10 mn à pieds pour rejoindre la gare où un train nous amène dans le centre de Gênes en 15 /20 minutes pour 1,70 euro.

Pros:

Villa storica, nonostante abbia bisogno di una "rinfrescata" ha un bel fascino.Ottima posizione, vicina alla passeggiata Anita Garibaldi e ai Parchi di Nervi.
Parcheggio interno, molto importante per la zona! Staff gentile e cordiale. Camera molto ampia e pulita .
Colazione ricca con tanti ottimi prodotti fatti in casa!!

Pros:

Charmante, über 500 Jahre alte Villa mit alten Fresken, in toller Lage, nah am Meer. Liebevoll familiär geführt. Hervorragendes Frühstück und 3-Gänge Menü am Abend. Eine ganz besondere Art zu Wohnen! Mit Zug in 15 min in Genua und Cinque Terre einfach zu erreichen.

Extrêmement déçue !!!

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, copieux

Cons:

1ère chambre attribuée, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas. Il y a eu une tempête,les rideaux se soulevaient. Froid dans la chambre. Salle de bains horrible. Pas d'eau chaude. Douche minuscule. Peinture écaillée partout
Nous avons changé de chambre. Il y avait un mieux mais, toujours de l'eau tiède avec une fenêtre dans la douche qui ne fermait pas !!!!
