Great hotel full of character and with a family run atmosphere
Pros:

Loved the ceiling fresco in my room in this atmospheric historic building, room was simple but had everything needed, staff were lovely, it was an easy walk to the station, port and beaches.

Cons:

Be aware that rooms don't have air conditioning or fridges so in very hot summers it could be a bit uncomfortable (it is a simple two star hotel, so that's entirely expected). For early September it was fine

Historisches Gemäuer mit viel Patina und viel Charme. Die Besitzer sind rührig bemüht, den Verfall aufzuhalten. Gastfreundliche Stimmung, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Etwas heruntergekommen, aber sicher empfehlenswert

Chcemy zapomnieć o pobycie w tym pansionate

Cons:

Hotel położony jest tuż przy torach kolejowych, jest tam ciągle głośno, nie ma klimatyzacji, w pokoju duszno, okna są małe, czujesz się jak w piwnicy. Śniadanie jest bardzo słabe.

Un luogo d’altri tempi, un’esperienza da provare!
Pros:

Venendo da Firenze, dove gli investimenti internazionali la fanno da padroni, Villa Bonera è stata una piacevolissima scoperta, con un’accoglienza familiare d’altri tempi e il fascino di una villa molto in stile Grand Tour.
La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal mare e dalla meravigliosa passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, immersa nel verde del giardino privato (con il bonus del parcheggio gratuito) e un silenzio la notte che concilia il sonno.
Ottima, ricca e con prodotti genuini la colazione all’aperto, meglio di molti tristi 4 stelle frequentati per lavoro.

Cons:

Se siete amanti del total white asettico e immacolato, non fa per voi.

La cama era muy cómoda, y el personal muy amable nos permitió dejar ciertas cosas en su nevera porque la habitación no tenía. El desayuno muy rico y muy agradable en la terraza.

Hotel clásico a la italiana, a lo Fellini, con la amabilidad de Bárbara amante de los animales.
Pros:

Desayuno completo en el jardín muy bien puesto y atendido, el ambiente de un hotel en una casona italiana cerca del mar, con mucha amabilidad del personal.
Te transportas a los años 60-70, el hotel está muy cercano al pequeño puerto de Nervi y te permite ir caminando a cenar por la noche de forma muy agradable, he incluso poderte bañar con sus gentes sin agobios. A destacar el ascensor de madera con maquinaria vetusta pero eficaz todavía. También puedes aparcar dentro del jardín del hotel que facilita tu estancia.

Cons:

Es una casa que necesita muchas reformas por su antigüedad, todavía está a tiempo, pero lo malo es que si lo hace ya no será lo mismo.

Perfect
Pros:

I couldn’t recommend this enough. By far one of the best stays I had in a while! The hotel has everything you need for a short vacation around Liguria and surroundings. I had been already in Genova Nervi and I came back to spend some relaxing days at the beach. It was fabulous because the location allowed us to take trains or even boat tours easily to other towns like Camogli or Bogliasco. The staff were lovely and available. The building itself it’s a beautiful historic Villa and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. What we liked the most was the homemade breakfast!!! All delicious and made with care (I’m still thinking about it) Honestly, this is one of the places that you keep saved to recommend to friends or even come back in the future for a second stay!

Mooie plek en heel vriendelijk personeel

Mooi (wat gedateerd) gebouw waar de historie in stijl geconserveerd is.

Cons:

Met deze warmte zou airconditioning heel comfortabel zijn geweest maar het was gelukkig redelijk te doen met de blowers

Parking gratuit dans le parc et situation très proche du port et de la gare (10min à pieds).
Bon petit déjeuner.
Personnel qui fait de son mieux pour satisfaire le client.

Cons:

Vieillot, un peu bruyant (car près de la ligne de chemin de fer). Pas de climatisation. Un peu cher pour le confort apporté mais justifié par le parking gratuit et l'emplacement. Très bien pour une nuit, pas plus.

Sehr nette Menschen und gutes Essen
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Inhaber und Personal. Man hatte immer das Gefühl mit einer Frage ernst genommen und nicht als "Störung" empfunden zu werden.

Gutes Essen (das L'arrabbiata hatte wirklich ordentlich Power 🔥😅). Jeden Tag Auswahl von wechselnden Gerichten in Form einer Vorspeise (z.B. Pasta mit Pesto oder eine Suppe) und einer Hauptspeise mit Beilagen (z.B. Fisch mit Spina oder Hühnchen mit Kartoffeln). Die Getränke und Nachtisch gehen Extra. Die Preise dafür erschienen mir angemessen.

Zum Hafen und zur Strandpromenade ist es ein kurzer Weg von ca. 5-10 Minuten. Es gibt mehrere kleine Museen mit Gemäldeausstellungen und Möbeln. Es lohnt sich einen der heißen Mittage doet einzuplanen, weil die Museen klimatisiert sind. Der Eintritt berechtigt zum Besuch aller Museen.

Zum Bahnhof kann man auch gut zu Fuß gelangen und man kann für 2,20€ pro Person z.B. nach Genua mit dem Zug. Aber der Fahrkartenautomat war nicht zu meistern durch uns. Wir haben schließlich die App der Zuggesellschaft heruntergeladen und dort mit Kreditkarte bezahlt.

Mit dem Auto kann man recht schnell (und über enge Straßen und Serpentinen) in die Berge gelangen, welche unmittelbar an die Küste angrenzen.

Uns (4 Erwachsene, davon 2 um 20 und 2 um 50) hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen.

PS: Lasst den Reinigungskräften ein kleines Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel liegen.

Cons:

Die beschriebenen Geräusche von der Bahnlinie gibt es, wir fühlten uns dadurch nicht gestört. Störend empfand ich im Laufe einer Woche immer um 24 Uhr herum zweimal lauten Lärm aus dem Ort. Knallen, Schreien, aggressive Stimmen. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts und der schöne Ort Nervi kam mir zumindest tagsüber sehr anständig vor. Im Sommer ist Fenster geschlossen halten aber keine Option.

Die Dusche war sehr klein.
