Da localização e de ter garagem para o carro

Cons:

Da situação da piscina estar suja e as cadeiras estarem muito degradadas. E o espaço ao redor faltar limpeza como as casas de banho. E o bar não ter hora certa de funcionamento.. É pena pois está bem situado.
