Comfortable, relaxing and super well located!
Pros:

Great room with amazing view to mountains and next to a river, giving a relaxing sound to sleep to at night (open window during summer). The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The staff was super nice. The hotel was very calm and quiet and located in the center of the Vila do Gerês, with all necessary services next door!

Cons:

The room could have been equipped with cleaning supplies for the kitchenette, such as dish detergent.

Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão relativamente ao pequeno-almoço.

Foi a primeira vez que fiquei num hotel onde não estavam disponíveis ovos no buffet. Solicitei ovos mexidos, e indicaram que os ovos não estavam incluídos no menu, nem alternativa ofereceram. As crianças pediram ovos mexidos e acabaram por ficar a ver outros hóspedes a comer, o que foi naturalmente um pouco desagradável.

Compreendo que cada hotel tenha a sua oferta e que os menus possam variar. No entanto, penso que seria útil, no momento do check-in, disponibilizar aos hóspedes um pequeno folheto ou informação com indicação das opções incluídas no pequeno-almoço. Dessa forma, os hóspedes saberiam antecipadamente o que podem encontrar e, eventualmente, que alternativas podem ser solicitadas.

Deixo esta sugestão com o intuito de contribuir para uma experiência ainda melhor para os futuros hóspedes.

Cons:

No periodo das refeições o barulho da exaustão geral era identica à do exaustor do fogão do quarto. Ou seja mesmo sem cozinhar, horas de barulho constante.
