Pros:

Absolutely loved the place. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even suggested us the places to visit. They handed us umbrellas whenever we went out into the rain. The room and the facilities were very comfortable. We all had a good sleep and they even had netflix to watch in the room and chill when it was raining. I would highly recommend this hotel. Its super close and within walking distance to all attractions.

A very nice hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Close to good eateries and attractions
Pros:

The location was very good. Close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to many tourist spots. Excellent staff at the front desk. They helped me sort out a Grab delivery gone wrong - and helped obtain a refund.

Cons:

There was no area for us to gather as a group (very very small lobby). The mattresses stored in the lift areas did not look good.

La struttura è piccola ma perfetta per un soggiorno non troppo pretensioni ad Hanoi. È pulita ed in una posizione strategica.
Ma il vero punto forte è lo staff.
Sono tutti ragazzi giovanissimi che ti accompagnano in un viaggio in una terra lontana.
Ti coccolano e ti fanno sentire sicura.
