We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel and Travel in the Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay - they checked on us every day to make sure everything was okay and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi, restaurants, cafes, and local attractions by foot. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect place for the price
Pros:

This property is very nice for the price, I loved the room and the location was perfect right around the corner from the cathedral.

Cons:

My room was beautiful, even though I had an issue with the AC but they went over and above to fix it as did not want to move rooms. They gave me a fan to use and fix the AC the next day. They also help to organise hotel transfer for early morning flight.

Not a 4 star hotel, but clean one
Pros:

The locations is very central and is on relatively quite street, so it's not noisy over night or in the mornings. Rooms were clear.

Cons:

This place is not a 4 star hotel. They use gym as a storage for luggage or for employee lunches. Reception was very annoying on WhatsApp, pushing different tours. And the only time I reached out to them with a request for iron, it was not available.

Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach super. Ruhig obwohl es wirklich mitten drin liegt umgeben von zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben sie wirklich ins Herz geschlossen.

Great location, staff and size.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location you’re able to walk most places or get grab scooters places. The receptionist Xenia was extremely helpful with showing us places to go to and how to get there.
Our room was spacious and comfortable.
