Incredible staff and amazing location
Pros:

The property is centrally located and for such a great place the street is surprisingly quiet, our balcony room was huge for three people and everything was great. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff - Anne, Tony, Chi and Ivy all of them were so so kind, accommodating and proactive. We had a lovely time and ended up coming back to the hotel for two more nights. It was really great, I will definitely be back.

Convenient stay with great locarion and helpful staff

ハノイ旧市街での快適な滞在
Pros:

*スタッフが優秀
　ドアマンの方が外から近づいただけでドアを開けて招き入れてくれる　（私の顔を覚えていてくれて、外でホテルの外観写真を記念に撮っていただけでドアを開けてくれた）　雨の日のタクシーへの乗り込みも傘をさしてトランクにスーツケースを積んでくれて助かった（高級ホテル並）
*立地条件が良い
　ハノイ旧市街の多くのフォーの名店やバインミー屋さんがすぐそばにあり、フォーについては朝6時から開いている店が多いため朝食に苦労しない
*部屋が快適
　熱いお湯が勢いよく出ることは大事だがこのタイプのホテルで実現できているのは凄い　今回の部屋は排水のスムーズさも良好であった

Cons:

旧市街の真ん中にあるので多少の街の音はあるが、これも旧市街に泊まることの魅力であり問題ない。週末に臨時夜店の出るストリートではないので静か。今回は通り側の部屋だったが内側の部屋ならほとんど音はしない。

Great location wonderful staff
Pros:

A 10 out of 10 stay. The staff were so helpful and attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. My room and ensuite were clean and spacious and shower pressure great with loads of hot water, the balcony was a little tiny but it is Vietnam! This great little hotel is excellent value for money and is in a perfect location with the best egg coffee shop just across the road, a Michlin rated Pho Restaurant on the corner, and steps from St Josephs Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake and some amazing Art Galleries.

Pros:

This was my first time in Vietnam and Hanoi was our first stop. The location was perfect, close enough that most things in Old quarter were in walking distance..Equally great this hotel in particular was on a quiet street which was great for sleep, certain parts of the city were much louder at night but no street noises in our hotel room.
Staff was also really communicative on WhatsApp and helped arrange for laundry and other services. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Excellent stay in the heart of Hanoi

内側の部屋でもあり、静かで快適に眠れた

Unbelievable customer service and amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely little hotel with THE most amazing staff- Anne and Ivy are the most loveliest and helpful staff I have ever met! Nothing is too much trouble and they messaged before we arrived to arrange everything including pick up from the airport. They arranged all our trips and text through the day to check we were happy. I would always recommend staying here as it made our stay so memorable, safe and happy. We loved every minute of our stay here. Very local but in a lovely quiet side street but the next street were all the shops and food places. Utterly fabulous experience. Thank you Anne and Ivy and the porters- we will never forget you ❤️

Great place to stay to explore all the nearby sights of Hanoi
Pros:

Location location location. Ivy in the reception was super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help with anything we needed

Cons:

Bookings.com states all rooms are city view with balcony. This was not the case at all and the room I had had a window which the blinds did not work and I am a bit of a stickler for daylight

Hotel correcto y, sobre todo, muy bien situado para conocer Hanói. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Anne, en recepción, que fue encantadora con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Siempre estuvo pendiente de si necesitábamos algo, nos preguntaba cada día cómo habíamos dormido y nos ayudó en todo lo que estuvo en su mano.
