Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the French Quarter 🇻🇳❤️
Pros:

The staff and location were exceptional. The location is in between two of the best pho places in Hanoi!! Emma and Lyn were super friendly and helpful!!!

Great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Location is excellent. We have stayed on Chan Cam several times, thought we would try a different hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. We were only staying the night between trips, arrived at 2am, so the 24 hour check in is appreciated!

Cons:

For the same price and level of comfort, breakfast is included with other hotels along the street. This hotel advertised breakfast but it was not available. However, the Bahn Mi’s down the street were probably better!

Pros:

Top service. Room was clean, comfortable. Reception happy to give us recommendations for day trips and cooking classes. Also arranged a good deal on airport transfer. Recommend.

Overall, I would recommend this place for it’s price, location, and service!
Pros:

The property was very good. A perfect place for a short stay with clean towels and good furniture.

We really liked the service here because they allowed us to leave the baggage after check out and also made sure our check-in at 12 am was good. Special thanks to Lyn, Chi, and Hai!!!

We had the bigger room on 7th floor with a balcony and big windows. Great value for the money.
Pros:

Perfect location, cozy room and very helpfull staff who helped us with a tour reservation, accommodation extention (Thank you Lyn) and really cared about our comfort.
