Pros:

Highly recommended!
The breakfast is really good. The whole hotel is very clean. They have separate sppotless onsens for men and women.
Free bicycles available downstairs, which is super convenient for getting around Kochi by bike.
The staff are really friendly.

The best value-for-money family room we have ever had in Japan!
Pros:

We were most impressed by this hotel - the family room was huge, with kitchenette, lounge area, two bedrooms, a separate tatami dining room area, and a laundry; and all at a very reasonable price. Although on a busy road, the room was very quiet, and it backed on to a quiet neighbourhood. Izakaya options in the immediate area were limited, but it was just a short walk / tram ride to get into the city centre area. Staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in / out.

Estacionamento no terreo 1F, equipe, cafe da manha tinha ate tataki de katsuo, pudim que eh o creme do cremebrule. Nao deixe de ir no restaurante YU YU otimo custo beneficio. Melhor loja da FIT EASY.

Pros:

The room was substantial and clean, the coin laundry was also helpful.

Cons:

There was no coffee or tea in the room, nor were we able to get any from the lobby. It’s also quite far away from the central “busy area”.

Very good hotel, parking worked well. Not far to walk to tram, not to far from city but far enough to not be in the thick of it.

Cons:

Liked most of it, but being a modern city it’s time to start letting people with tattoos use baths.
