駅近なのに宿泊料金が安い
Pros:

簡単な朝食が付いていて、京都駅から近いのに宿泊料金が安かった。

Cons:

お風呂の排水が悪い。

A good location that will soon disappear for they are closing.
Pros:

A comfortable and fairly large room, with bathroom and separate toilets. Something rare in Japan.

Cons:

The demand to park my bicycle in the parking lot of the commercial mall (that closes at night) and the refusal to let me park in the parking of the nearby hotel of the same trade brand.

前泊として利用し、大変満足しています。

ロケーション、価格、必要なものは全て揃い簡素ではあるが朝食付き

Cons:

蛇口の回し器具が滑って固く、タオルを被せないと開け閉めできなかったのが残念です。

Pros:

朝食は食パン、湯に入れて戻す乾麺と飲物のみだったので二日目は外の喫茶店でモーニングにした。

Pros:

Excellent value for the price, more spacious than I expected from a business hotel. Very convenient location. Easy automated check-in and check-out. Clean and functional. I spent 10 nights and had everything I needed.

京都駅から5分で安い！清潔でコンパクトでした
Pros:

★良い点
・京都駅からすぐ！！
・高立地なのに安い！
・コンパクトできれい
・とくにバスルームはリフォームされていてきれい
・駅からホテルまでの間に、ローソンとセブンイレブンがある。
・突っ張り棒が便利！ホテルのものなのか、誰かの忘れ物？わかりませんが、突っ張り棒があるから、濡れたバスタオルを干せて、すごく良かったです。
・フロントの方が優しい

・パジャマ、ドライヤーはあります。
・部屋には歯ブラシ、シャンプーなどあります。
・フロントにドリンクマシーン、綿棒、ブラシがあります。
・フロントに、機関車のプレートがたくさんあります！(鉄オタにはうれしい？！)

★個人的総称
京都駅から5分でこの安さは素晴らしい。
コンパクトで、キレイでした。
ただ、個人的には熟睡できず、身体が痛くなったので、連泊には辛かったです。
眠りが浅い人だからだと思います。

どこでも寝れる人には問題ないかと。

Cons:

★気になる点
・ベッドが硬い。
硬いの好き派ですが、背中痛くなって熟睡できなかった。

・ティッシュがない
お値段が安いがゆえかもしれません。メイクとかで必要な方はポケットティッシュ忘れずに。

・お湯の調節
お風呂は新しくなってますが、蛇口はお湯と水をそれぞれひねるタイプ。5分出してもぬるいと思ったら、お湯は全開で、水はほんと少しだけ開くのがベストでした。お湯だけだと激熱ですが、水は少し開くだけでぬるくなる。

・音が響く
隣の部屋のお風呂の音や声が夜中に響いて起きちゃいました。

暴走族？バイクがうるさい
地方へ泊まるとあるあるですね。しかし、そんなに長い時間ではなかった。3周くらいしてたかな。

・網戸がない
入ったとき禁煙なのにタバコ臭くて、しばらく窓を開けたら臭いは消えました(掃除の人が吸ってた？)
網戸がなく、窓を締めるのが難しかった。季節的に良いときだったから問題ないけど。なんとか閉めれました。

・布団カバーではなく、掛け布団の間にシーツだから、ズレやすい

Perfect um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof ,,war ohne Frühstück es gab trotzdem Toast Cafe Saft und Suppe for Free. und Kaffeeautomat rund um die Uhr.

I will choose this place next time, with the same price
Pros:

the location is good, pretty close to Kyoto station, there is also a convenient store just outside of the hotel

Cons:

it will not be too easy to cross the road in front of it you carry a lot of luggage, either you need to walk up the bridge without elevator or walk a bit further to the next cross with traffic light.

スタッフが皆さん心切
Pros:

京都駅から徒歩5分程、駅前の主要道路に面しているので迷わず行けます。簡単な朝食が付くのも助かります。兎に角スタッフの皆様も心切で安心。水周りも綺麗でベッドが大きくてまた利用したいと思えました。

Cons:

窓の遮音性があまり無いので、道路側の部屋は夜中救急車が通って目が覚めました。
