清潔。ベッドが大きくゆっくり寝られた。

Cons:

朝食がお粗末。7時半の時点でパンがなかった。せめて牛乳がほしい。

Pros:

Good value for an overnight stay for a quick getaway to Kyoto Station close by. I'd consider staying longer next time.

Cons:

良いところは良いけれど、割り切りが必要
Pros:

建物が新しく、清潔（万博、インバウンド目的で建てられた？）。京都駅からもそこそこ近い。
トーストとカップ麺程度ですが、朝食がサービスという点もありがたいです。
エントランスにある鉄道のナンバープレートコレクションも見物（DD54形ラストナンバーのプレートがあったのには驚きました）

Cons:

部屋の照明がベッドサイドで操作できない。
冷蔵庫がミニマムサイズで、幕の内弁当や大きめのペットボトルが入らない。
バスルームの蛇口が古くさいスピンドル式（レバーではない）で、温度の調整がめんどくさい。お湯の出も不安定。
トイレにウォシュレットがない。
いろいろと「割り切り」が必要です。

当日急遽探しての予約だったが、最良の選択をしたと思う。
Pros:

立地がとにかく良い！
京都駅から近く、周辺にご飯屋さんも多く、コンビニもあり、当日大雨だったので近場で色々済ませられて助かった。
この立地でこの料金？というくらい1泊の宿泊料安かったのに無料朝食まであった。今回は睡眠優先にし食べられなかったので内容分からずだが、コスパも良い。
静かで熟睡できた。

Cons:

浴室の壁に少しピンクカビがあったのは気になった。
あと若干の生乾き臭がした。
