Clean and comfortable room, great value for money
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is little far from the station, 10minutes plus walk but we enjoyed a walk to Gion area for restaurants dinner, exploring narrow arrays with many interesting bars and shops around. Great value for money.

Cons:

Although Booking.com listing says checkin is available from 3pm, the earliest checkin time was 5pm. The towels were a little small in size for our use, wish there were more provided. Would have been great is there was a microwave in the room, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

Pros:

location is good. 15 min. walk to centre. 7-eleven markt is close by.

Cons:

Insufficient light resistant curtain, the pictures are misleading, small room about 15m2 instead of 25m2. Actual check-in time is 5 pm despite the confirmation of 3 pm. No one answers the phone. Airco has no silent mode.

Little things only. Shower missed a shower curtain and some hooks where you can hang something.

Asked to pay tourist tax but we already paid upfront for everything.

Check in was at 15.00 as told by booking.com on our confirnation.. The facility stated checkin was at 17.00.
