Pros:

Posizione comoda, staff recettivo in caso di bisogno, pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata soprattutto nell'arredamento e nella piscina.

situé en plein centre.

Cons:

Piscine inutilisable car eau sale , donc pas de piscine !
Certains endroits sont délabrés voir dangereux ( rambardes cassées ou inexistante à l’étage)
On entend tout dans les chambres voisines , on a eu un couple à côté dont l’homme était très nerveux , coup de poing dans les murs quand on parlait ! Le bacon d’en face n’est qu’à 2m et l’homme se masturbait nu en devant le balcon de ma fille !
Ça a rendu le séjour un peu tendu
Bref le prix attire aussi son lot de cassos 🤦‍♀️
Sans oublier les filles qui rejoignent des gros européens dans leurs chambres..

Рядом с пляжем (в 7 минутах ходьбы). Просторная чистая комната, - кухня с посудой и холодильником,шкаф с наличием большого количества плечиков для одежды, персонал очень услужливый ! Цена за проживание отличная. Очень рекомендую!

Pros:

Emplacement super, au second plan de la petite rue commerçante, pas de bruit, personnel discret et accueillant.

Cons:

Un seul rouleau de papier toilette wc, c'est rude quand on a pas les mêmes habitudes que les Thaïlandais.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolle Lage und freundlicher Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend und die Lage war ideal – viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und alles war sauber. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den kostenlosen Late Check-out, der unseren Abreisetag deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Auch das Mieten eines Rollers direkt über die Unterkunft war unkompliziert und praktisch.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt waren die Betten. Sie könnten etwas bequemer sein, ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Totalmente da ristrutturare ma posizione buona

Host molto disponibile. Posizione ottima, vicina alla spiaggia e alla via principale con negozi e ristoranti. Noleggio scooter disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno sarebbe totalmente da rifare. La doccia non è separata dal resto del bagno e lo scarico è lontano dal doccino per cui si allaga sempre tutto il bagno. Lo specchio e altri accessori sono rovinati/arrugginiti, il rubinetto era rotto e non funzionante, non è accettabile offrire un bagno del genere agli ospiti. Il letto è molto duro. Muffa sulle pareti vicino al letto. Le toghe di legno del pavimento sono rotte o non ben fissate e i mobili sono molto vecchi e decadenti. L'aria condizionata è debole.
Fortunatamente l'host ci ha permesso di spostarci dalla camera matrimoniale al bungalow. Qui il bagno era decente e almeno funzionante, anche se si allaga lo stesso. La muffa era ridotta ma comunque presente. In compenso le porte e finestre hanno fori e spazi da cui entrano tranquillamente gechi e scarafaggi.
