It’s ok for a short stay because location is good.

Location and the family room was a good size.

Cons:

It’s really outdated. Elevator didn’t appear safe, took long time and was bouncy (=scary). Mosaic tiles in the shower bottom were coming off. Chairs in seating area were almost broken, not safe or secure! Handsoap smelled bad and made hands very dry. Main lights in the room made it feel like a surgery room, way to bright and white. Fridge very small in the family room. Wall plugs were lose and felt not safe to use. The toilet door wouldn’t close properly and you couldn’t lock it!

Pros:

Great location made this stay a winner. Everything we wanted — restaurants, shops, supermarket and transit — was just less than 5 minutes away, saving us time. The room itself was functional. An ideal base to explore the city.

Great location but nothing else to recommend
Pros:

The location of the hotel is the main USP. Very convenient to visit all the major sites and located in a clean residential area
The young staff were quite helpful in giving us directions and helping with maps

Cons:

I thought the hotel room had the bare minimum of amenities for a three star. Firstly the room was cramped with cheap plywood furniture and open cupboard space with no doors. For shampoo and soap they had plastic sachets which had both mixed as a liquid and not even a coffee or tea service.
During our stay on two out of three days the elevator was broken and they could only get it fixed the day we were about to leave
The worst was when the AC kept going off at night. I complained twice and called downstairs at 2 am to the night manager. Five minutes later the AC came back on and he called back to say that people were drawing extra load in Milan because of the hot weather and that this was causing power failure at the hotel. If I had been more awake, I would have realised how ridiculous his answer was !!

Pros:

A 30 minutos andando hasta el Duomo, esta situado en un barrio excelente. Alrededores con barres, restaurantes y comercios donde poder comer o cenar muy bien y a precios normales diría yo.
La habitación corecta. Todo muy limpio . El personal muy amable. Nos quedamos solo una noche,pero estuvimos muy cómodos.
Diría que si volvemos a Milano,no dudaría a alojarme alli otra vez.

Pros:

Perfect location near station, easy to get everywhere. Friendly staff. We stayed with kids. Hotel did its job for us in terms of an affordable stay & close to commute places. Beds were pretty comfortable, rooms are a little small but that didn’t bother us when we’re just there to sleep
