Месторасположение. Недалеко от центрального железнодорожного вокзала, но и одновременно в тихом месте.

Cons:

Условия достаточно спартанские. Чисто прийти переночевать.

Cons:

Гостиница далеко не первой свежести. Мебель вся старая, и опшарпанная. Стены в номере очень грязные. Кондиционера нет. Окна выходили на шумную улицу, где ходят машины и трамваи.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et servi par l'ensemble de l'équipe de l'hôtel Arno, cependant cela ne compense pas l'état déplorable des chambres..
Cela reste un hotel de passage et avec une étoile seulement, il est bien situé, à 30 minutes à pieds du Duomo et à 12 minutes de la gare centrale

Cons:

Moisissures, humidité dans la chambre, sol en parquet gondolé. La salle de bain n'étais pas dans un état de propreté surtout la douche, énormément de calcaire, marque d'eau croupie et joint de douche sale et moisi.. Les serviettes sentaient le vinaigre.

emplacement relativement près de la gare (compter 10 min en marchant vite)

Cons:

établissement non fumeur mais la chambre, les draps sentaient le tabac, le propriétaire en avait conscience car il a immédiatement ouvert la fenêtre et mis un ventilateur pour aérer.
de plus salle de bain repoussante, elle peut être récurer et nettoyer plus profondément je pense que c'est plus un manque de considération de l'établissement

Incrível, recomendo bastante! Se voltar a Milão de certeza que ficarei de novo no Hotel Arno!
Pros:

Os funcionários do alojamento eram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O quarto tinha casa de banho privada e todas as acomodações para uma estadia confortável. Além disso, tivemos a possibilidade de deixar as malas antes do check in e depois do check out, o que facilitou imenso a nossa viagem.
