Everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. I had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, everything worked (including shower and wifi)). Area felt safe; cafes, shops etc literally just round the corner. If I ever visit Milan again will hope to be able to book a room in the hotel.
The room had air conditioning and was tidy on arrival. The street was also relatively quiet
The owner did not respond to the messages I sent, but did message us to say that he would not be at the reception desk and that we should call him — even though the listing stated that reception would be staffed 24/7.
There were no duvets, only two thin blankets; one of them even looked like a tablecloth. The hotel feels dated, the bathroom fan is noisy and disturbed our sleep, and there is very little sound insulation between the rooms.
The room was very clean. The location is good, with public transport nearby, and I felt safe in the area. There was also a very nice gentleman at the reception who was friendly and always ready to help.

Great, simple hotel. It’s a front desk and rooms, nothing more. Room was super clean, looked newly refurbished. The room had air con which worked great. Really close to the metro. Honestly it’s all you need don’t be put off by the fact it’s only 1 star
There is no lift so if you get put on a high floor then you get a bit of extra exercise.
Clean and tidy
One of the reasons I chose this hotel, after reading the reviews, was that I would be able to leave my backpacks there. But unfortunately, I was not allowed to do so, and I had to walk around the city with a small child and all our suitcases and backpacks…

- Le lit et les coussins sont un peu inconfortable, je les trouve très dur mais c’est une question de préférence.
