- Very friendly and attentive staff, they really go above and beyond to accomodate the guests.
- Excellent location, the hotel is literally at a metro station (yet quiet enough to have a good nights sleep), and very close to the railway station.
- Clean room, spacious bathroom.
- Good selection at breakfast.

Good location close to the station, clean rooms with excellent shower and excellent breakfast.
Hotel muy cercano a la Estación Central, movilidad excelente, personal muy amable y empatico. Superó mis expectitivas. Muy recomendable

Everything was ok, the room, the bed, the breakfast. Good location very near to "Centrale", from where you can access all Milano by Metro.
The website double booked my stay. The hotel refused to refund me or change dates. They knew that I only needed one room but charged me for 2. I even asked if I could have another date but this was refused.
