Cons:

They said wait for the towel to be ready, but no towel provided till checkout even after few time reminding them. Hot water sometime work sometime not.

Bilik teruk...toilet Kotor...toilet bangun pagi takde air...first time la duduk hotel takde air...nie hotel paling teruk pernah duduk...elektrik tiba2 takde bila bagitahu buat macam tak tahu...rse mcm bodoh duduk hotel nie...tolong la jgn duduk.. hotel yg tak recommended utk duduk...

Please upgrade your facilities as your room is good but due to few point it's downgrading your hotel
Pros:

The room is clean, aircond & facilities is the room is good

Cons:

They don't even have a basic hair dryer & tv with a reason of previous customer stole it, and they don't even provide a bottle of mineral water! The worst part is the blanket is torn & it's a thin blanket. The aircond is cold, when I went to reception to ask for a thick normal blanket that used for hotel they can tell me we don't have & my son which is just 1years old shivering in cold!
