絶景の中にひっそりと立つ洋風な館で朝を迎える
Pros:

バイキングのお品が全部美味しかったです！
露天風呂から見える景色が最高でした！
ナイトツアーがあり、星の解説もあり楽しめました！

Cons:

チェックアウト時間を知らされなかった。
案内された部屋の階の他の宿泊者がいなくて、静かすぎて怖かった。

Amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The place was amazing - wide selection for breakfast, a public bath (including outdoor bath) that we could use for free, and a large spacious room. The place was also close to the sky park and sky lift which I wanted to go to. Everything I could have asked for and more!

Pros:

夕食ビュッフェがおいしかったです

Cons:

部屋が浴室の排水の戻りの汚臭ですごく臭かった。そのことを伝えたらリセッシュしてどうですか？と言われた。そのあとはお部屋かえてもらえたのでよかったけど日本語があまり伝わらないのが難点でした。
お風呂の脱衣場が湿気でビチョビチョで気持ち悪かった。

スタッフのほとんどが日本語が通じず不慣れで
結構間違いも多かったと思う
朝食は３０分待ちとかになったりしたが

初めての利用
Pros:

部屋の広さはお値段以上だと思いました。トイレと浴室が別々なのも良かった。
朝食バイキングは美味しかった。
大浴場は広々していて、露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

・部屋にWi-Fiの案内があったが、全然繋がらなかった。
・大浴場の脱衣場の床に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていて何か気持ち悪かった。
・使い終わったタオルが脱衣場の隅にドサッと置かれたままだった。

Pros:

ご飯は美味しいし、窓からの展望も良い。部屋にコーヒーメーカーが着いてるからいつでも暖かいコーヒーが飲めた。
明け方外に出ると心地いい空気が良かった
ヴィーナスラインが近いのですぐにドライブも楽しめた

Cons:

別館だと1度地下におりて連絡通路から向かってまたエレベーターに乗らなきゃ行けなく、面倒だった

Pros:

食事やスタッフの方の対応はとてもよかった。スキー場からも近かったので助かりました。コーヒーメーカーはとても満足でした。お風呂がとてもよかったです。

部屋はやや古く、傷、畳のスレなども気になりました。トイレも流れもややわるかったです。最近はTVはあまりみないので、せめてYoutubeがTVで見れるようにして欲しいのと、ネット回線はやや遅かったです。
食事会場はもう少し広くしてほしく、1時間では食事をたべきれませんでした。

Pros:

Super hoe het hotel ondanks onze late reservering nog een zeer verzorgd vegetarisch ontbijt en diner heeft geregeld. Ook in het laagseizoen konden we zonder problemen gebruik maken van het warme zwembad en de onsen. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, goed uitgerust. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie in de bergen geeft een prachtig uitzicht.
