Ontzettend fijn verblijf met lief personeel
Pros:

We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het zwembad. De tuin is goed onderhouden. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Ook vanuit je kamer heb je het prachtige uitzicht. Erg fijn is dat je in de kamer voldoende drinkwater hebt.

Wij hebben scooters gehuurd bij het resort voor marktconforme prijzen. Dit werd direct door het personeel verzorgd op aanvraag. Over het personeel gesproken, ze zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en attent. Het komt oprecht over.

Verder is de keuken goed en ook eerlijk geprijsd.

Cons:

Het was prettig geweest als er kussens zouden liggen op de zonnebedden. Ze liggen namelijk niet super comfortabel. Daarnaast zul je er rekening mee moeten houden dat je wat afgezonderd ligt. Er zijn geen warungs op loopafstand gelegen, zodat je in het donker met de scooter op pad zal moeten als je ergens buiten het resort wil eten. Amed is overigens goed bereikbaar vanaf het resort.

Voor kinderen zijn ze heel lief. Het zou leuk zijn als er wat spellen beschikbaar zijn voor kinderen/volwassenen want er is voor kinderen, anders dan zwemmen, niets te doen. Op booking werd aangegeven dat er een speeltuin is, maar lijkt een foutje.

Tutto! Questo posto è una piccola perla, un'oasi di pace nella quale da quando sono andata via non faccio altro che sognare di tornare. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine! Grazie di tutto!

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il transfer organizzato da loro per il mio arrivo dal porto di Padang Bai. L'autista era davvero troppo spericolato e imprudente e non è stato semplice reggere l'intero tragitto di un'ora con un bambino di tre anni a seguito!

The best staff I have ever experienced in Bali! Their friendliness is truly heartfelt. The place is a nice spot to just relax, surrounded by palmtrees and Gunung Agung in the back. The food is amazing and we really enjoyed our rice field trek organized by the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Terrace. The place is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely kind, attentive and always happy to help.

Das Palm Terrace mit seinen Mitarbeitern ist ein ganz besonderer Ort im Osten Balis. Die Menschen sind hier noch Menschen!

Es ist schwer, auf alles einzugehen, da hier einfach alles so perfekt ist. Es ist die Liebe zum Detail – und für uns vor allem die Menschen, die ein so gutes Herz haben.

Wir werden wiederkommen und hoffen, dass dieser besondere Ort im Osten Balis noch lange in seiner ursprünglichen Art erhalten bleibt.

Für uns ist dieser Teil der Welt, so wie er ist, noch eine gute Welt.
