Overall this place is a great value for the money - staff was very friendly, location was great.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and breakfast was really good with lots of options. Tea/Coffee is available 24 hours. Indoor courtyard where breakfast is served has great charm. Our room was on the third floor with a balcony that overlooked a beautiful and more serene plaza.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small but we had hot water and decent water pressure each day.

A acomodação é bem no coração de Cusco, um prédio muito antigo. Equipe cordial. Como o chão é de madeira, faz um pouco de barulho.

Very unfriendly staffs, we did not get the rooms which we booked, they gave a different room as our room was not vacated at the time of our check-in. They did not clean the property for two days and the breakfast was very below average. The Location is the only good point about this place

A localização era maravilhosa, bem proximo a praça principal e principais pontos turisticos de Cusco, supermercados, restaurantes, souveniers (Asunta);
A limpeza era diaria e sempre traziam toalhas limpas;
A cama e travesseiros eram de boa qualidade;
O banheiro era bom, so um pouco apertado;
Havia no segundo quarto, aquecedor;
Havia controle de acesso, sempre existia um colaborador para abrir o portao a noite;

Cons:

Alugamos um quarto no booking e quando chegamos no hotel, tinham colocado outro quarto com camas de solteiro, justificando que a troca tinha sido feita devido a um casamento que ia ocorrer e priorizaram esse casal. Ao reclamar com a rececionista, ela nos garantiu que iriamos trocar de quarto apos 2 dias, que seria realmente o quarto que tinha alugado. Essa troca foi feita quando voltamos de aguas calientes. Porem so foi feita a troca, porque reclamamos devido a diferença das fotos que vimos no Booking.
Cafe da manha muito fraco, o basico. Havia uma lanchonete agregada, que poderia sugerir cardapio com desconto para que pudessemos solicitar outros produtos disponiveis como Croissant, paes recheados, empanadas, tortas e etc...
Wi-Fi estava instavel, conexao toda hora caindo.

Mas a localizaçao e os pontos acima superaram as nossas expectativas.
