Immaculatel in the heart of Cusco
Pros:

It has an excellent location. Very close to the Plaza de Armas and all the action in downtown Cusco. It is a very cute hotel. Rooms are immaculately clean, they are small but I am travelling alone. I had all I needed. I enjoyed the roof top with a fantastic view of the city. A great place to get warm with the sunshine and relax. The staff is extremely nice and polite. Very gentle people. Also helpful with valuable information about Cusco, arranging a taxi when needed. Even the cleaning lady is very friendly and gave me helpful Cusco information.

Breakfast is included. There is always hot water and tea bags available

La hibicacion es muy buena.

Cons:

No me.dieron back pack luch ya q salía temprano al tour. Ya q incluía el desayuno. Y es el único hotel donde no lo dieron. Las sábana de la cama tenían cabellos. Cómo si no se hubiera cambiado la sabana de un anterior huésped.

Buen precio para un par de días
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, te permiten dejar las maletas.

Cons:

Tenía una habitación con cortinas translúcidas y una luz fuera toda la noche encendida, por lo que siempre había luz en la habitación, se escucha todo y empiezan a hacer ruido muy temprano, en mi habitación individual la ducha estaba pegada al váter y lavabo, se mojaba todo y era muy incómodo después.
