Excelente ubicación, las personas muy atentas y muy amables, se puede descansar tranquilamente. No se escucha bulla y cada que teníamos una duda siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Lo único debería de haber calefacción en tiempo de helada pero después todo Super bien, gracias por su atención

La ubicación
Nos cobraron 120 soles más del precio de la reserva de Booking. En las habitaciones hacia muchísimo frío, le pedimos un calefactor y nos dijeron que no. El desayuno muy pobre si querías leche con el café te pedían 3 soles más
The location was great, so close from the main atractions. The place was quiet and clean, so we could have a good night. The breakfast was simple but still good. I like it that they stored our backpacks for a few days free.
They didn't take credit cards, when we travel that's what we use, so it was an inconvenience.

O banheiro era extremamente pequeno e a cortina deixava tudo mais complicado. O café da manhã é controlado pelo hostel com 2 pães e uma banana por pessoa.

Todo, la ubicación, ni letrero tenía, la habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos, la mala infraestructura para el frío y la atención de la señora dejó mucho que desear, la peor experiencia en esta ciudad. Cabe aclarar que se reservó una habitación solo para dos personas y se pagó más, ni quiero imaginar como sería la situación en una habitación compartida con otros . Otro punto es que no hubo agua caliente en ningún momento y pasamos frío toda la noche porque la puerta de la habitación 28 tenía una abertura y estábamos a 3° grados en la noche.
Des gens très sympathiques, à l'écoute, un service impeccable, même avec des départs à 3h et 5 h du matin pour des excursions. Le cadre est agréable, au calme et il très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique à pied.
En la mañana salíamos a las 4 así que no cubría horario de desayuno, pero el personal preparo algo y nos lo empacó como lo haría una mamá para que sus niños lleven onces a la escuela, fue muy tierno
Al ser baño compartido quedaba fuera del cuarto, imagina salir al patio con el frío de cusco a las 2 am, no es algo que pueda resolver el lugar pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta
De ligging
De douche was koud in de kamer van onze dochter, de kamers waren heel koud want er was geen verwarming. Het personeel spreekt geen Engels en wij hebben veel meer moeten betalen dan wat er in booking stond.
