Good value and location
Pros:

Great location. Nicer than a business hotel. Relaxed atmosphere and free games!

Cons:

Hallway was a little noisy.

Good Value
Pros:

Go to the Kuromon Market that is nearby. They have amazing sushi and other delicacies. This hotel gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It is a stylish boutique hotel that is reasonably priced.

Cons:

I do not like paying for breakfast. I just booked without it and bought food from the Kuromon market instead and also Family Mart. Also, there could have been some coffee in the room.
