trés bien situé, équipe trés acceuillante mais difficle de se reposer
Pros:

trés bon acceuil de toute l'équipe, l'hotel est au coeur du quartier trés animé de Bastille,

Cons:

pas de fenètres a double vitrage. ma chambre donnait sur la rue de Lappe...qui a été animée toute la nuit.

Perfect Bohemian spot in Paris to enjoy the nightlife

The location was perfect and the staff were super friendly. The vibe and night was just fantastic.

I liked it a lot but for unsuspecting guests. The nightlife outside can be loud. But just get ear plugs then.

Muy buena ubicacion, esta muy centrico y llegas en el tren o en bus, alrededor hay muchos restaurantes, el personal fue super amable. El lugar coincide con la descripcion del lugar, es verdad que se escucha algo de ruido por lo que abajo funcionan bares pero se sobrelleva bastante bien. Muy buena relacion calidad-precio.

hotel correct, rue très animée, personnel sympathique, bon emplacement
Pros:

Propre, bon lit, personnel sympathique, très bien situé.

Cons:

surtout le bruit (=> mettre du double vitrage par exemple serait une bonne idée), flexible de douche percé (mais dès que je l'ai signalé, le personnel a pris en note), couverture et serviettes de toilette élimées, trouées.

Perfect location, metro, lots of groceries, bakeries for breakfast and so on. About 18 minutes by foot to the railway station where the train arrives from the airport. Staff was really friendly and nice.

Cons:

I guess it's a good balance of money and value, but the room is really in need of refreshment. And yes, during the night it's super loud so be prepared and do not forget your earplugs.

Super emplacement et chambre tout à fait convenable. Bon accueil.

The perfect low-frills homebase in a lively historic neighbourhood, great value for money.
Pros:

Incredible location, accessible to several points of historic interest and multiple metro lines, with a lovely bar just below which closed up reasonably early (about 1am), and the staff were friendly. It's not fancy, but I didn't need it to be.

Cons:

There was some minor damage to the room when I arrived - stained carpet and scratched walls - but nothing terrible or offensive. You can hear your neighbours' every cough, however, but any complaints are basically unavoidable realities of travel.

je n'ai rien dormi. pas d'insonorisation. on entend les bruits de la rue jusqu'à 7h30 du matin. pas de petit déjeuner c'est dommage. il faut appeler quelqu'un quand on arrive car le bar n'est pas ouvert avant 16h30. le wifi est pas puissant voir desfois on capte pas.

C est comme avoir une chambre sur la rembla à Barcelone avec ses avantages et ses in, ça dépend de ce que l on recherche

Il est placé dans un quartier et une rue anime , très simple un peu vieillot mais propre et pas cher. Pratique, nombreux restaurants et bars et métro pas loin
