Pros:

L'emplacement est génial, en plein cœur du vieux quartier, très animé (mais, conséquences, il y a du bruit le WE !) et la propriétaire est adorable, très serviable. Si ça dérange certains, quelques chambres ne donnent que sur un mur , on ne peut pas les ouvrir .

Good budget option for Hanoi but wouldn’t stay more than a few nights
Pros:

Great location and central to beer street and local attractions. We had a room at the back which was very quiet despite the busy location. The staff were very friendly and washing was reasonably priced

Cons:

Top floor and had no lift. We had seen this in reviews and disregarded however in 38 degrees and backpacks it was steep. The room was on the back so didn’t really have a real window as it was between 2/3 other buildings so made the room feel quite dank and dreary

Cons:

The property does not have a lift, but this was not explicitly stated in the listing. I was given a room on Level 4 and had a very difficult time carrying my bags up and down the stairs, especially as I had sore arms. This was inconvenient and disappointing, and I believe the absence of a lift should be clearly highlighted in the property description.

Funcionários sao atenciosos, falam bem inglês e super dispostos a ajudar

Cons:

Quarto fica no 4° andar sem elevador. Foi cansativo para mim, se você for idoso ou sedentário vai ser exaustivo ou mesmo inviável. O hotel fica no centro perto de tudo, mas é uma região extremamente barulhenta a noite. Os bares tocam música muito alta a noite inteira (eu estava no quarto andar e parecia que tinha uma balada/discoteca acontecendo no meu quarto). Eu consegui dormir, mas não foi confortável.

Cons:

The carpet on the stairs was quite dirty, and was very dated but we had shoes on so it wasn't a problem for us and you definitely get value for your money
