Pros:

Room was spacious and the tv actually worked. Nice big bathroom and bed. Also great prices

It’s close to the old quarter, the room was okay, first room we’ve got had no windows, however they changed it for us. The owner was nice, staff don’t speak English. It’s alright to stay for a night.

The place is just outside the center so all the restaurants are cheaper and the traffic isn't loud.
AC and fan working with no problems
Chill place and big rooms

Cons:

Nobody speaks English, but no problems with the translator

smelly bathroom on the 4th floor, but I got another room on the 2nd floor and didn't have any issues

the bed is not comfortable and has a terrible coverlet to cover.

Pros:

the things we enjoyed were the smart TV that has Netflix, having a fridge and kettle, friendly staff

Cons:

strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, the staff speak very little English but this wasn’t too much of a problem and the bed was very uncomfortable
