Amazing elegant stay
Pros:

Incredible hotel. Rooms is gorgeous, staff is beyond kind, and location is amazing (especially love the park nearby). I will be booking this same hotel next time I come to Hanoi. Big plus for the rooftop bar and the pool!

Great place to experience train street and very comfortable and chilled out hotel.
Pros:

In the old quarter near to train street. Staff very professional, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the Restaurant had good quality meals. The room was kept clean as was the rest of the hotel. Nice hotel in a great location.

Boutique Hotel in the middle of the old quarter that exceeded our expectations on all levels
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, top class service and a restaurant with the most amazing Vietnamese food. All of that on walking distance from the old quarter, including the absolute must see “train street”. This place has felt like home from the moment we walked in, not the least because of the professionalism and commitment from the staff. Cannot recommend this place enough.

De locatie is top, het personeel is lief en betrokken, het zwembad is heerlijk om even aan de Hanoi-hitte te ontsnappen, de skybar is dankzij barman Drake heel gezellig, het heeft goede kamers, fijne bedden, kortom: we waren heel blij dat we voor Aira hadden gekozen.

Cons:

Amper iets op aan te merken, enige feedback: misschien is het slim om in de gym een bordje op te hangen dat gasten de deuren moeten sluiten, zodat de airco het koel kan houden. Nu stonden de deuren soms wagenwijd open, waardoor het op sommige momenten snikheet kon zijn hier.

Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit, there is a small gym area right off the pool overlooking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!! Thank You to Mr. Thinh, Christine, Tony, Susie, Laura, Duy aka Zwee, Phillip, Ninh aka Nora, Vân aka Ivy, Daisy, Emily, Mina, Jessica, Vivian, Cuong the Bartender, Daniel “the Pharmacist”, Ming, Sunny, Drake, ALL the Chefs cooking those delicious meals @ The Essence Restaurant, The Housekeeping Team, The Essencia Spa Massage Therapists. Pros:

Loved this hotel, The hotel is located just 2 mins from Train Street. Check in was quick and staff are very informant on all the hotel has to offer and restaurants and sites in the area. The room we received looked onto the main street but you could not hear a sound as the rooms are very well sound insulated. The room was big and the bed comfy. The swimming pool is 7 floors up and looks onto the main street, Breakfast is excellent and also dinner. We had eaten twice in the hotel for dinner and the dishes are some of the best we had in Vietnam. Would love to come back to this Hotel.
