Bel hôtel de charme très bien situé
Pros:

Excellent accueil, charme, piscine, superbe situation géographique avec plan de ville à disposition, chambres très confortables, rooftop avec chouette bar et belle vue.

Cons:

Eau de la piscine un peu trouble.

L’équipe aux petits soins! Une certaine Suzy a réglé mille points par whatsapp: commande de voiture, late check out arrangeant dans une chembre moins cher … le resto est très bon. Les chambres sont très belles.

Lovely hotel in a great location right by train street.
Pros:

Great location and lovely large rooms. Free drinks in the mini bar which the staff kindly swapped for sugar free. Good breakfast and the food in the restaurant was great.

The gym was very small.

Le service de l'hotel. Incapable de nous aider à faire des réservations.
Les photos sont complètement mensongères! Faites attention!
La piscine est plus un jaccuzo qu'une piscine (par rapport à sa taille)
La salle de sport à 2 tapis pour courir et 2 autres engins. C'est pathétique...et pas de climatisation!
Nous avions pris des chambres communicantes via un couloir qui pouvait être fermé à clé. Le personnel de l'hotel est rentré 3 fois dans ce couloir sans prévenir alors que c'est censé être du privé!
Ils n'ont pas d'espace de rangement et donc toutes leurs affaires de nettoyage traine devant les ascenseurs!
L'hotel devrait être un 3 étoiles grand max!
J'ai fait 10 hotels en 3 semaines de trip! Que des 5 étoiles. Celui-ci était catastrophique!

A fantastic stay made even better by incredibly helpful staff and a great location!
Pros:

The staff made the trip! They were so helpful with assisting in transfers to helping with our luggage and always had someone available no matter the time of time of day. The location was fab!

Pros:

Mooi, vrij klein hotel, in het centrum van Hanoi. Goede kamers, heel lekker ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij het oude centrum en vlakbij train street.
