B Blick auf den Gletscher
Pros:

Gut gelegenes, modernes Hotel der in Island häufig vertretenen Kette Fosshotel. Von hier erreicht man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos mit dem Auto (z.B. den Diamond-Beach und die Gletscherlagune). In Höfn gibt es einige gute Restaurants. Das Fosshotel hat ebenfalls ein gutes Restaurant (die Speisekarte unterscheidet sich aber nicht sehr von anderen Fosshotels).

Cons:

Wir hatten sehr viele kleine Insekten im Zimmer. Vielleicht wäre ein Moskitonetz eine gute Idee.

Quiet location, stunning views
Pros:

Great to have it at a quiet location with the road number one now being diverted. Excellent to have a (slow) charger for EVs in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly throughout

Cons:

Value for Money was out of whack. The rooms felt quite dated.

当天到的很晚，也依然有前台办理入住。

Note de 4 à cause du prix très excessif. Deux fois trop cher.

A ce prix (390 euros) on s'attend à une super chambre comme celles des photos avec baignoire et belle vue. Non c'est une chambre qu'ils appellent "économique". Elle est hors de prix et de taille modeste. Vue sur le toit. Robinets et douche dignes d'un hôtel une étoile. Le mitigeur de douche est glissant dès que l'on a du savon sur les mains, (c'est du bas de gamme). La lunette de wc bougeait et pour cause: elle n'était pas fixée. Réseau wifi de mauvaise qualité. La TV android avait de nombreux gels d'images. Sur le téléphone, le réseau était également instable. C'est un grand hôtel, j'imagine que le nombre de clients réduit la bande passante qui doit fortement varier. Il semblerait qu'il y ait présence de moustiques. Effectivement malgré le respect des consignes de laisser la fenêtre fermée, je me suis bien fait piqué, (la seule fois de mon voyage de 10 jours en Islande).

So Close to Waterfall.
