Mixed experience—great potential but needs improvement.
Pros:

On the positive side, the environment was quite neat, the room was decent value for the money, and the staff seemed nice.

Cons:

The water heater didn't work at all, so I was stuck taking freezing cold showers. Breakfast was equally frustrating; the food was served cold, and there wasn't even hot water available. On top of that, the kitchen staff were incredibly noisy and constantly disturbed the peace in my room..

A decent hotel with potential to be better.
Pros:

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood with additional security checks provided by the estate. It is also easily accessible with very good connections to the airport and the Central Business District.

Cons:

The hotel is good and can be improved by paying more attention to the maintenance of the assets so that it can be better. The wifi could also be improved.

This was a bad choice.
Pros:

The proximity and location from airport it’s close

Cons:

The staff came in to fix the ac when we were in the room. Imagine in your hotel room and a serious repair and construction work was going on. I booked almost 4days ahead why was it not fixed. The the basin was not working properly and they came another construction worker in the room. I expected reasonable adjustments especially after a ground floor was requested for obvious reasons 4days prior was still given the 4th floor. Felt like I paid £56 to be in the antique. The customer service was awful and food was poor.

It was ok using booking app really helped with the price cause apparently you pay more if you don’t
