Evening meal exceptional
Breakfast excellent
Hotel easy to find on main road just out of town centre, room was large with loads of storage space and an extra small sitting area. Amazing view over the estuary. Large well appointed shower room with good toiletries. Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and efficient.
Everywhere was clean but overall decor and furnishing rather old fashioned and tired. No mirror near a plug for hair dryer.
Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff/management who go over and aboard to ensure that your stay is the best possible experience. Breakfasts are always delicious with a good variety of choice and cooked to order. Very quiet and warm room with a lovely view. Parking.

The views from my room was exceptional, the food breakfast and main meals were excellent, had a great quiet night's sleep, staff are very friendly and helpful
Due to booking.com we had chosen on the app to arrive between 1-2 however there was noone available at the hotel and the doors were locked, we later found out check in is from 2pm, booking.com shouldn't have offered an earlier arrival time

Very quirky hotel, lots of lovely tartan carpets and chandeliers. The views from our room were amazing. Hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and informative, can’t recommend it enough 👍
