Pros:

Hotel położony nad samym jeziorem Como, trzeba przejść przez ulicę. Pokoje czyściutkie codziennie sprzątane, klimatyzacja, lodówka, powitalne 2 butelki wody. Śniadania dobre (chociaż brak warzyw) niby od 7.30 ale nie było problemu jak zeszliśmy wcześniej.

De airco.

Cons:

Het bed, de kamer zelf, vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Nadat er iets verdwenen was uit de kamer, na schoonmaak, werd er gezegd dat we de volgende ochtend moesten terugkomen om het bij de collega van de ochtend na te vragen. Er werd 's ochtends nul moeite gedaan om er iets mee te doen en werden we snel afgewimpeld.
Het ging er vooral om dat we graag gezien hadden dat ze er naar gezocht hadden of iets mee hadden gedaan.

The rooms were super clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not so good - it would be good to offer more for the money. For example fried eggs or omelette. Also would be good to have a small iron and ironing board available in the rooms.

Wróciłabym mimo malutkiego prysznica :)
Pros:

Obiekt jest delikatnie oddalony od najbardziej zatłoczonej części deptaka, tym samym jest cicho i spokojnie.
Można było robić sobie kawę oraz herbatę będąc gościem hotelu nie wykupując śniadań.
Codziennie sprzątane w pokojach i to naprawdę dokładnie, do czystości pokoju nie można się przyczepić.
Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna, nie było problemu jeżeli prosiłam o pomoc w jakiejś sprawie.

Cons:

Jedynym problemem jaki zauważyłam był prysznic. Był on bardzo mały i niekomfortowy. Było ciasno, osoba bardziej postawna mogłaby mieć problem z wejściem pod prysznic, ponieważ był on bardzo mały.

Pros:

The room was done nicely. Clean and tidy nice little balcony. It is not central to Como but bus services are available from the train station.

Cons:

I don't really have anything negative to say. Their restaurant is mainly fish and pizza. This is a personal preference rather than an issue with the hotel. I don't like fish.

Pros:

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great location on lakeshore and near ferry terminal. Spacious balcony. Facilitated our request for early checkin.
