Early check in, we'll organised, excellent location, we attended a wedding at the venue.
We were staying in a deluxe room, ( room 10 )
Our window view was a pitched roof 3 metres from our window which blocked any view.
The Bathroom was well equipped but no shelves for toiletries what so ever.
Tha water from the basin & shower was only warm and not the required temperature.
Car parking on site room was amazing

Event on until midnight and not notified at booking … apparently told I was emailed the day before I booked?
Generally needs a good lick of paint/ okay if stating for an event but as an external guest pretty disappointing quality for the price
hotel is beautiful, suite was really comfortable and very clean.
food choice was poor, limited menu, a few items not available making the situation worse. i felt it was limited and should have offered a bar menu for the night. people away with work don't always want a la carte. Too fussy.
A wonderful building and grounds. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice.
Can’t fault a thing I had a very comfortable stay there the room I had was very spacious great 4 porter bed that was really comfortable reception staff friendly

i have stayed here many time. each visit has been perfect. all the rooms are beautiful. bar and food amazing.
The staff were friendly and welcoming the hotel itself unfortunately not pleasant me and my son stopped here as he had an appointment the very next day so we needed to be close by for this appointment.
The hotel could do with money being spent it needs a complete upgrade. Just telling you what we thought I even had to ask the staff for help to get the heating on as our room was cold we wouldn't stop here again.
My opinion what I have already made comments on above.
Went for a wedding. Just be prepared to pay through the nose for drinks. £39 for a bottle of Prosecco sums the place up.
