positiv überrascht über die Lage und den tollen Service und das zuvorkommende Personal
Pros:

Top Lage, versteckt nahe am Ort, direkt am kleinen See, Top Restaurant, Top Service, Top Frühstück mit riesiger individueller Auswahl. Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit perfekt. Die Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Durch Verhalten des Hotelchefs (siehe oben) ging das positive Gefühl leider in die Brüche
Pros:

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, das Zimmer sauber mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Der Chef des Hauses, mit dem meine Frau und ich tagszuvor einige Zeit über seine kroatische Heimat unterhalten haben, ist am Abreisetag ohne ein Wort des Abschieds vorbei gegangen, wie wenn wir Luft gewesen wären. Der ganze positive Eindruck ist mit dieser Aktion dann zunichte gemacht worden und deswegen werde ich diese Übernachtung zukünftig nicht mehr wählen. Als Gast ist es mir wichtig, dass ein gutes Gefühl entsteht und einen hochnäßigen Hotelchef kann ich nicht ertragen.

Dawno nie czułam się w hotelu tak, jakbym była w odwiedzinach u przyjaciół :)
Pros:

Świetny hotel. Bardzo czysto. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie. Pyszna kawa . Na terenie restauracja i przepyszne jedzenie . 3 gwiazdki dla tego hotelu to zdecydowanie za mało.
