Lovely lunch for our reunion event, breakfast was great and good value if paid on the day. They were very helpful about letting me check in early to freshen up before my lunch after a long journey.
the size of the shower cubicle - I am quite slim and I struggled to get in, also there were no instructions about how to use it.

Hotel guest are not priority
The location was picked as my husband had been going to go to a tank driving experience. Unfortunately the driving experience was cancelled at short notice but as we had already booked we decided to have a bike road trip instead. We had a great day & received a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were friendly & we decided to have a meal there too. The food was excellent & they had Neck Oil on tap( always a plus in my opinion). The next day we also decided to have breakfast which was tasty & food value. I suspect if the tank driving experience can be rearranged with the company running it we shall probably stay there again.
It was a bit warm and although the fan was welcome a slightly lighter duvet might have been useful but otherwise it was a great stay
