A great place to stay in the beautiful Matka Canyon
Pros:

It's a unique accomodation far from everything; it goes completely silent in the evening, once only the hotel guests remain on and around the premises. Our room was small, but it had a comfortable double bed, an armchair, a regular chair, a fridge, and a kettle. Also, the air conditioning was very effective. The restaurant is great - the local trout was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is kind and friendly, and we can't thank them enough for letting us change our date at the last minute when flight difficulties forced us to reschedule our travel. (Because of that, we didn't get our originally booked lake-view room since they only had one facing the opposite direction for the new date, but that was a trade-off we happily accepted.)

Cons:

Finding a parking spot is not easy. There is a small upper parking lot approximately 500 meters from the hotel, but it only fits about 10 vehicles. It is reached via a narrow road from the lower parking lot (which is another 700 meters further away). That road is barely wide enough for two cars, and during the day, one side is mostly used for parallel parking while the other half is filled with pedestrians. (Keep in mind though, that we were there during peak season.) The situation gets much better after 7–8 PM when the day tourists leave, but before that, good driving skills, patience, and - to find a spot at the top - luck are required if you want to leave your car as close to the hotel as possible.

Pros:

La ubicación y el trato del personal fue excepcional. Pasar el día en el cañón y poder dormir allí, no es imprescindible pero es muy recomendable.

Cons:

El desayuno es flojo. El restaurante es caro pero muy bueno. Y las habitaciones estaban bien pero con detalles a mitad hacer, cables por fuera, no había smart TV… y el acceso a las habitaciones, tales como escaleras, pasillos… estaba descuidado

Excelente
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en medio del cañón. Además llegamos justo cuando cerraban la cocina y aún así estuvieron dispuestos a atendernos y nos permitieron pedir cena, en todo momento con una sonrisa y la mejor disposición. La verdad es que la atención, servicio y la ubicación son inmejorables.

Pros:

El lloc és fabulós, i el personal molt amable i servicial. Les habitacions estaven molt netes i l'esmorzar molt bo. Tens opció de fer excursió pel llac en barca, el bar-terrassa orientada al llac és fantàstica per a relaxar-se mentre prens alguna beguda o mentre fas alguna menjada.

Very beautiful location to explore Canyon
Pros:

Location is straight by river in Canyon next to all boats.
Good point for a exploring caves or boat trip with a stop in the restaurant for drink or food (but restaurant and are gate closed at 9pm so hotel visitors have quite private area)

La ubicación es espectacular en mitad del cañón y el sitio tiene un ambiente increíble. La cena muy rica y nos invitaron a una botella de vino por estar alojadas. Repetiría sin duda!! El desayuno rico!

Posizione PERFETTA per visitare una delle attrazioni più belle e famose della Macedonia del Nord.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile. Inoltre, sarebbe preferibile separare il locale in cui gli ospiti dell'hotel fanno colazione dal ristorante del Canyon a cui accedono tutti i turisti.
