A unique overnight stay
Pros:

What an amazing experience! The best location you can get - top it with amazing staff, amazing food, clean and comfortable rooms with breathtaking view and you've got yoursefl an unforgetable experience!
If you come by car, park it on street, like the others - it is safe overnight.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien .
Le personnel est très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse.

Cons:

Difficile d’accès avec les valises.
Le parking le plus proche si vous avez de la chance est quand même loin de l’hôtel et ceci n’est pas mentionné dans le descriptif.
Les chambres sont basiques et aurait besoin une rénovation

Notte piacevole al canion matka
Pros:

La posizione dell' albergo ci ha permesso di fare una bella escursione in barca e visitare una grotta che si raggiunge sono via fiume. La camera è essenziale ma non manca nulla. Va bene per soggiornare non più di una notte, a meno ché non siate appassionati di kayak o arrampicata.

Cons:

Migliorerei piccoli confort in bagno, e nel ristorante abbasserei un pochino i prezzi.... secondo me troppo caro per lo standard del posto

Хубав хотел сред прекрасната природа!
Pros:

Уютно, тихо и спокойно място за настаняване в сърцето на каньон Матка, в синхрон с природата. Отправна точка за разходка с лодка, каране на каяк и пешеходни разходки в околността. Всеки ден имате бутилка вода в стаята, в ресторанта получавате всяка вечер комплимент - бутилка вино по ваш избор. Изключително съм впечатлен от ресторанта - нов, модерен, разположен над самото езеро, предлагащ вкусна и свежа храна. Много добра закуска. Но най-важното е изключително професионалният и любезен персонал. Специални благодарности на сервитьорите Кристина, Радица, Милица, Филип и на останалите им колеги и бармани. Браво на вас, вие правите мястото специално! Със сигурност ще дойда пак.

Cons:

Местата за паркиране са обществени, няма обособени специално за хотела. Може да се наложи да паркирате по-далеч, а вечерта да преместите колата по-близо, когато дневните посетители си тръгнат.

Bloß nicht nochmal, man kann sehr gut wo anders übernachten und morgens zum Canyon fahren.

Cons:

Wegen Bauarbeiten direkt neben unserem Zimmer und Zustand des Zimmers sind wir eine Nacht früher abgereist, obwohl wir die Nacht noch mit vollem Preis zahlen mussten (auch eine Frechheit). Im Zimmer selbst war der Duschkopf abgefallen, der Schrank kaputt, die Klobrille locker und jede Menge Gerümpel vorm Fenster hingeworfen. Aber was uns am meisten gestört hat, waren die Bauarbeiten direkt neben unserem Zimmer und vor allem der Umgang (oder kein Umgang) damit. Tagsüber war neben unserem Zimmer ein derartiger Lärm, dass man sich im Zimmer nicht aufhalten konnte (wir hatten eigentlich geplant in der Mittagshitze im Zimmer zu sein, das war allerdings wegen Lärm garnicht möglich). Trotz ein paar ausgetauschten Nachrichten auf Booking vor unserem Besuch wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt, dass Bauarbeiten stattfinden würden, geschweige denn wurde versucht uns dafür entgegenzukommen (Rabatt, Kaffee aufs Haus, was auch immer). Das Gefühl, dass sich allein auf der Lage am Canyon ausgeruht wird und man sich nicht um den Gast bemüht, hat uns nicht losgelassen (weiteres Beispiel: wir trinken kein Alkohol und fragten statt nach der Weinflasche, die pro Nacht im Preis enthalten ist, nach einer Wasserflasche - die wir nicht bekamen. Es fehlt an Flexibilität und vor allem an etwas extra Einsatz und kundenfreundlichen Denken). Allein der Rezeptionist Ivan, bei dem wir einen Tag zu früh ausgecheckt haben, hat den Besuch wieder etwas auf die positive Bahn gesetzt - er hatte eine kundenfreundliche Mentalität, hat Verständnis gezeigt und noch in letzter Minute versucht uns wenigstens den Abschied schöner zu machen (er hat uns z.B. noch Wasser und Obst für die Reise mitgegeben). Bis heute haben wir nichts vom Management gehört - trotz früher Abreise bei vollem Preis. Garnicht empfehlenswert, wenn man Wert auf guten Umgang legt und nicht blind massenabgefertigt werden will.

Friendly, wonderful food but be prepared for an early night!
Pros:

Great location for the canyon and the activities all based there. The food in the hotel was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything stopped at 8pm. The bar closed, the food stopped and we weren’t really left with much to do other than retire to our room and watch Netflix - which was a nice early night for a change but I’m glad we only stayed 1 night!
