Spacer z parkingu nie był problemem, idzie się po normalnej drodze (spodziewałam sie że droga może być bardziej ekstremalna)

Authentische Matka Canyon Stimmung eingefangen.
Pros:

Abends und morgens in der Früh kann man den Canyon in Ruhe genießen. Allein das ist es wert ☺️.

Cons:

AKUTE STROMGEFAHR & KUNDENTÄUSCHUNG! NO GO!
• Lebensgefährliche Elektrik: Offene, ungesicherte Stromkabel ragen im Zimmer und Flur aus den Wänden. Aus Selbstschutz haben wir nicht geprüft, ob Strom drauf ist – viel zu gefährlich!
• Maroder Föhn: Kabel im Bad komplett defekt und nur laienhaft mit Isolierband geflickt. Wir mussten selbst den Stecker ziehen, um einen Stromschlag im nassen Bad zu verhindern.
• Defekte Ausstattung: Nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer und 1 im Bad funktionieren, der Rest ist tot. Das Hoteltelefon hat mangels Anschlussmöglichkeit gar keine Funktion.
• Irreführende Fotos: Die schönen Bilder auf Booking.com verschweigen diese gefährlichen Mängel und den unfertigen Zustand komplett! (Siehe Bilder - Macht Euch selbst eine Meinung)
• Mangelnde Hygiene: Die Toilette war bei Ankunft stark und verkrustet verschmutzt.

Anmerkung: Das Hotel brachte nach Beschwerde einen Ersatzfön.

Pros:

This a well run beautifully designed hotel in prime Matka Canyon location. The staff is friendly, accomodations clean and very new, and the food delicious. Waking up in the canyon before the masses of tourists arrive is so worth it.

Cons:

This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is worth noting the parking lot referenced as 5 minutes walk is mostly full of taxis and almost impossible to get to. We needed to park about 15 minutes walk away in a larger parking area. If arriving during peak day tripper hours (1000-1600) it can be very crowded.

A pleasant hotel in a beautiful location, and such a treat to spend time there after/before the throng of tourists arrived. Amazing value.

Cons:

If arriving after 8pm self check in is required as check in is not 24hrs, however this was straight forward. Breakfast variety a bit limited but offset by the views. Some facilities a little dated.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento

Cons:

Que anuncien que tiene parking es totalmente falso , tienes que aparcar lejísimos y subir una carretera , pasar por una camino de piedras hasta llegar al hotel , y peleando durante todo el trayecto, para que todo el visitante que camina por ese espacio minúsculo, te deje pasar.

Las habitaciones están en reformas y aún así con cables colgando las alquilan, el secador de pelo cuando lo ponías a funcionar olía a quemado.

Coges un lugar para relajarte en silencio y es de todo menos eso. No pudimos dormir por los ruidos de la habitación de arriba, todo el suelo crujía .

El hotel está tan abarrotado que si quieres cenar ahí , tienes que hacer cola, ya que el restaurante no es exclusivo del hotel.

Si queréis hacer un sendero por el cañón perfecto, pero el hotel lo evitaría.


Al final teníamos dos noches contratadas y preferirnos irnos y perder el dinero.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Canyon
Pros:

Einzigartige Lage direkt in der Natur am Canyon und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch die Bootstouren und den Kajakverleih am Hotel können wir empfehlen.

Cons:

Am besten Rucksack statt Koffer, da der Weg vom Auto etwas umständlich ist. Außerdem genug Verpflegung einplanen, da es fußläufig nicht viele Versorgungsmöglichkeiten gibt.
