Witness the beauty of the Nature!!!
Pros:

The location was superb. Right in front of the mountain. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They can speak English well. Their food in their own restaurant was really good…..better than in the town. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Las ubicación, es una zona muy tranquila con unas vistas increíbles.
Hicimos el trekking junto a nuestra Hmong Mimi, súper simpática y nos acogió para comer en su casa, gracias.

Cons:

El desayuno está incluido pero hay ciertas bebidas (zumo de naranja, piña...) que no incluyen cuando otros zumos si que lo están y no entendimos el porque, ya que supone lo mismo.

View thiên nhiên siêu đẹp, có ruộng, có núi non, rất thoáng đãng và mát mẻ. Phòng nhỏ gọn nhưng rất đầy đủ tiện nghi. Còn có ghế ngồi ở ngoài hiên nên là tối ra ngắm cảnh siêu chill. Chị chủ và các bạn nhân viên đều rất nice, hỗ trợ chúng mình nhiệt tình và chăm sóc hỏi han tận tâm.

Cons:

Giường hơi cao nên là lúc trèo lên trèo xuống hơi bất tiện, phòng cũng hơi hướng mặt trời nên là nếu vào mùa hè thì buổi sáng sẽ hơi chói nắng một chút, nhưng mà thời tiết Sapa thì dù có nắng ra ngoài vẫn sẽ mát.

C’était un séjour reposant dans le confort et la simplicité
Pros:

Cet endroit est super pour se recharger après un long voyage, on s’y sent bien la vue est magnifique, puis la nourriture du restaurant est excellente.

Cons:

Pas trop de conseils pour faire des activités il faut sûrement demander.

Het vriendelijk onthaal en service van de uitbaters.
De ligging was zeer goed.

Cons:

De vele verkopers (vrouwen) in de buurt die je echt lastig vallen.
Hier kan de uitbater natuurlijk niets aan doen.
Misschien een kleine tip...wandelroute voorzien van verschillende afstanden?

Wonderful stay surrounded by ricefields
Pros:

Beautiful view over the rice fields, exceptional service, very lovely and helpful owner, really good freshly cooked food for reasonable price and big portions. Good breakfast. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. Good location to start hikes and motorbike tours (we did both self guided following the suggestions of the host). We loved our stay here.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. Just be aware, you are in the middle of a local town, in nature, hence you will hear roosters in the morning (earplugs are supplied), might find some bugs and also will encounter people trying to sell their stuff to you.

Amazing homestay
Pros:

Incredible views, a peaceful and relaxing stay. Room very clean, cosy and homely vibes, wish I could have stayed longer! Staff super friendly, providing late check in/out, luggage storage and an amazing breakfast each morning (menu to choose multiple options from including vegan/veggie). Great location with restaurants nearby and affordable taxi into town. Highly recommended!

Gemütlicher Bungalow in sehr schöner Lage; äußerst kinderfreundlich - es gab sogar einen kleinen Pool zum Planschen, den unsere Kinder (5 & 7 Jahre) gemeinsam mit dem Sohn der Gastgeber nutzen durften; sehr hilfsbereit bei allem & ausgezeichnetes Essen. Wir haben hier drei wunderschöne, erholsame Tage verbracht und würden den Homestay uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

As a short stay, it’s fine. A bit more rustic than we expected. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.
Pros:

The restaurant area was a good place to talk to people. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the view and atmosphere.

Cons:

Our room had a slight ant infestation. It had a smell of mildew (probably cannot be helped at certain times of year) but it’s a bit distracting every time you enter.

Pros:

Scenery is so beautiful and the rustic style of the bungalow we had fit right into the landscape. Staff were super friendly and helped us booking a one day trek

Cons:

Not so much anything specific about the property but the whole area is incredible hilly, narrow roads so big wheely suitcases are a bit annoying to carry around. Also note there was no airconditioning in the room but a fan did the job as it is generally a lot cooler here

Superb!
Pros:

Our family stayed in a bungalow with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the magnificent mountains and rice fields was an amazing experience. The owners were incredibly friendly, responsive, and caring, making us feel like home. We also to visited their restaurant every day, which was a delightful addition to our stay. Highly recommend this place!
