Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. Тихое место. Недалеко супермаркеты, продают сигу, форель , шашлыки, фрукты. Номер просторный, два окна, душевая большая, чисто. Чайник в номере. Есть микроволновка, холодильник на этаже. Полотенца, тапочки, душевые принадлежности есть. До озера Севан ездили на такси - быстро и недорого.
Дешевле, чем в Ереване. Хозяин очень хороший, все подскажет.

Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось. Прекрасное расположение, уютная и чистая территория, комфортные номера и очень приятная атмосфера. В номере есть все принадлежности для ванной.

Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина отеля — очень хороший, доброжелательный человек, который всегда готов помочь и сделать всё, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Персонал тоже очень вежливый и внимательный — всё было на высшем уровне.

Отдых получился действительно приятным и спокойным. Остались только положительные впечатления! Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым. ❤️

Stay if you are on a budget
Pros:

Its a budget stay across the Sevan lake highway. We booked it at the last minute as our other hotel had some issues going on and we needed it only for the night. Room is alright, beds are too low and have tired mattresses, blankets etc.
Good thing is the hotel manager was always available to help us with things. He did mention that the other rooms on the top floor were renovated. The one he gave us was on the ground floor which was not a part of the renovation...and was the only one available.

Cons:

Bathroom fittings are partly rusted. Leaky tap. I personally prefer white bedsheets etc so that I can see if they are clean or not. This hotel had all dark color flowery duvet covers - which didnt feel that clean to me.
Side table and cupboard were a bit dusty as well..
There is nothing great in the surrounding areas. Its 2-3 km away from the highway.

Pros:

Només arribar ens van oferir un plat de prunes com a gentilesa, la qual cosa sempre és un detall. La dutxa funcionava bé, cosa que és difícil de trobar als allotjaments senzills d'Armènia.

Cons:

Les instal·lacions estan força deixades i cal manteniment, però per una nit (el nostre cas) està bé.

niente ...... la struttura e fuori citta con una strada sterrata per arrivarci , le camere sono vecchie brutte maleodoranti , circondato da campi senza cassaforti , senza aria condizionata , a part la gentilezza del proprietario niente di buono
